If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. The general manger for this location is absolutely not accommodating nor has she have any empathy. I ordered on my app, my husband picked up the order, and noticed when he got back home that half of our order was missing. I called immediately and they said that I could come in and they would give me the order that was missing. They said they could not accommodate a partial refundâ totally understandable, no problem. I came back a little over 2 weeks later since we live farther away and just had 2 newborn twins, and she said that she cannot give me my order that was missing because itâs been over 2 weeks. I told her they never disclosed this over the phone and I have record of ordering on the app and them taking my name down to come back to receive part of my order. This is STEALING. I will NEVER go to this location again, Iâll starve before giving them my money. I will be contacting corporate as the manager said I could do/giving me permission to do so LOL. She was condescending and had no regard for her employees not fulfilling their orders correctly. Itâs sad that as a fast food chain you canât seem to get orders correct and then deny someone getting it corrected after they return to your location.. only for a few dollars. Pitiful and disgusting. I do NOT recommend this location. Service terrible. Food subpar. General manager should be retrained on customer service and probably learn better manners in handling situations...
Read moreDonât waste your money here. Not usually the type to leave reviews like this, but donât waste your money here. I came through the drive thru around 10:15pm to order the chalupa meal, and when I parked it turned out my chalupas were rock solid. I understand that mistakes happen, so I swung back through the drive through and asked if it was possible to get some fresh chalupas made, and was told that was no problem. Only when I came to the window they made me pay for the replacement chalupas, and then when I pulled away they wound up being rock solid a g a i n. I managed at taco bell a few years back and I can tell the difference between a freshly (or even sort of recently?) prepared item versus when they have sat out for hours. I understand that fast food service can be a taxing job, but I donât understand why the cashier couldnât have just told me they couldnât or wouldnât make fresh chalupas, instead of taking advantage of me. I know that Taco Bell may not be considered the pinnacle of excellence, but I did not expect to just blatantly get ripped off....
Read moreDecided to give it a try on a Saturday afternoon, despite the negative things I've heard from other customers. 1st off I get teenage hang outs, kids need somewhere to congregate, however if their friends are on clock, in uniform, and working, then they probably shouldn't be constantly yelling obscenities and profanities across the restaurant (regardless of the fact there were minor aged children present of paying patrons) 2nd- vaping in a kitchen is a huge health code violation, period. Teen employee was first vaping in the lobby (I vape, so this isn't an attack on vaping) then told by another employee to take it "back there" being in the kitchen and food prep area. 3rd- where the heck is a manager in this store? If there was one there, they need to be relieved of their position immediately! This was more like a teenage hang out, there to collect a check, with no regards for responsibility...
