Goddess Grow Ops LLC. — Local services in Cape Coral

I do not recommend this company. Hired for Shelbie for weeding at the end of April/beginning of May. Agreed to $25 p/hour which was already expensive, but was promised a great job. Showed up with another person and worked 2 hours. Did NOT finish front of house. Charged a $100 because of extra person. That was on 5/15/19.

Asked when she was coming back to finish job. Scheduled to come back on 5/17 ... Never showed. No Call. Had to text her to find out what happened.

Scheduled another day to come on 5/21. I told her I wanted front, sides and back weeded. Came out and sent me a text that she did not finish front corner (STILL). Worked another 2 hours, charged $110 because she sprayed. I complained that I was being charged 8 hours and she still had not finished the front and asked how much longer to finish the corner of front, sides, and back. She told me 2 more hours with two people.

Before coming out to finish the front, sides and back ... she starts trying to talk me into plants and sends me 13 texts! I told her finish up with weeding first before anything more and I would want a WRITTEN QUOTE on costs of next phase ONCE WEEDING WAS DONE.

Finally one side is only half done and the back was done very shotty. She sends me pictures of the parts done ... I send her pictures of the shotty work. and told her she's charging me for spraying, but the weeds are growing back! And she didn't do the other side of the house! I asked her what happened and her response was: "Oh, I didn't know you wanted that done" which was expressed on at least 3 different occassions.

She scheduled next day to come out on 6/5/19. I tell her it's fine, but because it is taking her so long to complete and only doing it 2 hrs at a time (yet charging for 4 hrs) I wanted it completed.

She's a no show on 6/5/19. I text her asked why she didn't show up, and she was confused as to the appointment set ... by her. I had to resend her, her own texts setting the appointment.

Then she informs me she will not be completing the front .... which was paid for. and not fixing her shotty work ... which was paid for. and still has NOT completed the west side of my home.

I'm sorry I used her. She did nothing for customer satisfaction on bad work. She overcharges. She is unreliable. She has never attempted to finish the job. Tries to sell you on next phase before even finishing the original job she was hired to do. SAVE YOUR MONEY, you'll save yourself a lot of frustration, because weeds will be growing back waiting on her to return!

The pictures are from the sides that she DID do and billed me for completing. and I sent her those exact same pictures after her sending me a bill.

Contact me for an honest review of services rendered by Goddess Grow Ops. BTW - total amount spent with her for an incomplete job before firing her: $320, 6 hrs on premises, and over 6 wks. A garden person SHOULD know the importance of tackling a weeding job aggressively not passively.

I've asked her, several times, to remove pictures from my home from her advertisement because it is FALSE advertising by showing one portion of an incomplete job. She does NOT have permission to use images of an incomplete job. So,...
