If you’re looking for a gift shop DO NOT go to this one at all. This place is a total scam when it comes to refunding you. I came to Cape Coral on vacation and was looking to buy some cute gifts as memory. I perchased 3 things. One of them being a snowglobe. I told the cashier to please wrap it well so it doesn’t break but she just told me ok and wrapped it in the worst quality of wrapping I’ve ever seen, when I get back to my home area the snow globe was broken off of one side, I kindly reached out to the store via phone and they told me that yes they could send me a new snow globe but I had to pay shipping fee which is completely fine. After a few days with no communication I finally texted them asking whether or not they were going to ship me the snow globe which they had the audacity to say yes but I HAD TO PAY for a completely new snow globe with shipping fees after they originally told me they were going to refund me for the old one. they were not going to refund me the old one at all and instead put the excuse of using store credit! And to make things worse they KNEW the snowglobe was going to break and that was the reason it had a 50 percent off discount. This is a terrible experience please shop else where to buy gifts...

Absolutely horrible customer experience, a joke of a shop with “managers” and clerks that treat their customers like they are an inconvenience and argued personal points about an exchange with original tag and original receipt for over 20 minutes. Accused me of wearing an article of clothing I attempted to exchange because the poor quality strap FELL OFF before I had a chance to wear it. Even called other customers over to look at the article of clothing and determine if they thought it had been worn. What a joke! They should be embarrassed. Not only will I never shop here again, but I will certainly not bring my friends or family to serve this business. The manager argued back and forth with me about every point and accused me of lying. To top it off, the store clerk walked out of the shop as I left and yelled to me in the street “maybe if it didn’t smell like you wore it, we would return it.” I’m sorry, but that’s completely disgusting, unprofessional and quite comedic that that’s the type of culture of this business and that they feel they can treat their customers with that disrespect and attitude. Shop elsewhere! My wife bought me a shirt literally 30 minutes ago. I could tell the size was so far off there was no way it would fit.
