I don't understand the rave reviews. I was excited to bird watch and when I asked at the visitor's center about where to go, the people in the office were dismissive and told me there were no trails around here. I pointed to the map in my hand, found in the lucite container at the bottom of the stairs to the entrance, which had a trail map, and was told only that it was a small trail. I left the visitor's center quickly and walked around aimlessly. Maybe they were having a bad day? What a wasted opportunity and use...
