Eastern Carryout — Restaurant in District Heights

They don't know what "Duck Sauce" means, that is my part of the issue. I offered to pay for it but none in the bag. Time and time again. The girls on the phone has a very hard time understanding English and hung up on me before I could tell them I was paying with a credit card instead of cash. Had to call back. They are extremely RUDE and quick to get off the phone.. I ordered again tonight and I will report what happens. I had to get someone else on the phone whom was competent in English to understand what I wanted and I had to ask for such a person. . Food is OK but the order is always wrong. They have no idea what I am trying to order but this is the closest to me. Other foods were the wrong items and I just ate it. They are so rude and can't understand why the orders are always incorrect. No English understanding...

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE , this was my first Time ordering and I ordered over the phone everything was fine until the driver pulled up & gave me my receipt and on the receipt it says $27.05 ok cool then while I’m signing he says write the total and give me a tip I said um your not getting a tip just for you asking like that so I gave the receipt back and he gave me my food and when I go in the house I check my account and see there was $32.46 token out . Basically they over charged me and said I can’t get my money back that I really think the driver took out because I told him I wasn’t giving him one . This is crazy and I don’t not feel appreciated...

This was my first experience and I am also truly disappointed. The lady that answered was very hard to understand and slightly rude. Of course they do not come to your door which is defeats the purpose of ordering. Lastly the guy that came to drop off the food didn’t say hello, he snatched my credit card and then picked up the bag almost dropping it to barely hand it to me. Since when I’d this kind of customer service expectable? Needless to say I will never order from here again and while I don’t like to talk bad about people or mess with peoples livelihood, this place should be closed or revamped. And the food is...
