I have 5 cars. I’ve had dozens over the years. Some jobs are big, some are small-medium (I usually do those myself). That being said, I’ve been to a lot of shops/dealers and have some car mechanical knowledge.

This is the best experience I’ve had to date.

What got me was how they treated my car the first visit- a classic restored Mercedes that is sentimental to me…they treated like it was theirs, better than the dealer had actually. So when one of our Volvos needed I work, I decided to go back in. We had the differential and some rear end components swapped out on our Volvo wagon. The car is fixed (they helped provide an accurate diag- confirming my suspicions about the faulty part) and it rides beautifully again.

The pricing was also extremely fair, the service was punctual, and communication was great as well. By the way, they provided estimates prior to work- this should be an industry standard.

I strongly would urge anybody to utilize Transcraft for their vehicle...

I called TransCraft with an issue on a vehicle that I wasn't sure they could or would want to handle. I spoke with Veronica and she spoke with the mechanics and she contacted me and said to bring the vehicle in and they would see if they could find the issue! Took the vehicle in and in short order I received a call from Veronica and she indicated that the mechanic found the possibility of what was causing the problem. She indicated that the mechanic would fix this issue and go from there! Again, in short order I received a call from Veronica and she indicated that the vehicle was fixed and ready for pick-up. I was thinking the repair was going to be costly! Veronica told me the charge and I was astonished at how little TransCraft charged me for the repair. Because of their attention to detail and customer service I will not hesitate to go back with my automotive issues...

I have no proper words to describe how positive my experience was with these guys!! I was on my way home, driving from Texas to Toronto when just after Columbus I hit a blown out truck tire in the middle of the night. The tow truck brought me to this shop and before the shop had even opened one of the mechanics named Chris told me he could help and hopefully get my car road worthy. He immediately hoisted my car up snipped away a few pieces of of my broken bumper and made sure everything was okay and that my car would be able to take me the 7 hours back to Toronto. Not only did he help me out tremendously but he didn't even charge me for taking 30 minutes out of his time to help me. (they had a lot of cars waiting to be repaired so the time sparred for me was extremely generous). 11/10. Would if I lived in the area I would take my car only to...
