I placed an order in early June and never received any shipping update. A few weeks later I had to reach out twice before finally getting a response, where I was told it would ship the next business day. A full month later—still nothing. I contacted them again expressing how disappointed I was, and this time I got no response at all. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my bank just to get my money back.

This experience was completely unprofessional. The lack of communication and follow-through shows they have no regard for customer service. I won’t be ordering from them again, and I’d recommend others...

I would prefer a couple of big diamonds in my ring instead of alot of little bitty ones. I like my pralines the same way. I would prefer fewer pecans if they were larger. The taste is good but the BITS of pecans lessens the old time "candy lady" experience. I get that pecans are expensive but so is this praline at $3 a patty. I'm assuming the company was named after someone who made this for someone as a kid. I'm sure Nanny did not break her...

We were in town for Saints game and stopped to grab a bunch of pralines for party favors at our upcoming gathering in Dallas. Long story short, we found a "discrepancy" in one of our pralines.
