From the road it looks like an ok place. But you walk in and instead of "Hi, welcome," The "male-mgr," (and I quote with extreme emphasis) pierces you with a look that as if, there was a break in. This particular individual surely scratches alot. Didn't even offer table and had to ask for assistance. Bad for business. I HAVE NOT AND WILL NOT RETURN.. Will I share my revriews publicly, ABSOLUTELY! As they say, you only get one chance to give a great impression. Wow this impression was blown out the water. Great customer service should be given with every customer, everyday at every single encounter. Regardless of your personal reasoning for such horrible service. Reviews for me are done with every single purchase because I love free stuff and just as well as the public needs to know good reviews, they need to know the bad as well! I'm not at all surprised; nonetheless, El Paso Mexican Restaurants will forever have our services thanks to their awesome service year after year. Food was over priced, but it was good. Service was not good at all. My server took my order, and it took a while to prepare my food, which I understand. But, when I got my food, it was not hot, only warm, which I don't understand because I was the only patron in the restaurant. The only thing I could think was my plate must have sat on the counter for a while before being brought to me. After my server brought out my food, she disappeared, never to be seen again until it was time for me to leave. The host had to go find her so she could give me my bill and collect my payment. First time here. Always looking for authentic, non Tex-Mex, Mexican food. Finally have found it! Was greeted immediately. Small dining area and bar, but it lends to the family-vibe. Greeted so graciously. Chips and salsa spot-on. Note...salsa has a kick to it. We had margaritas, chicken enchiladas suizas (verde) and creamy chicken enchiladas (blanco). Chicken was cooked beautifully and was good size pieces not some sort of mashed filling. All ingredients fresh and really well prepared. Rice side was well seasoned.
