I would put a zero if I could the ladies (Misty and Richiann)were horrible arguing with a costumer about something that was irrelevant at the end of the encounter anyway. I seriously thought they were just pucking on the girl I'm glad she recorder her experience and is turning them in for abuse of position and bullying. The guys were much more helpful and the family finally got the exact thing they came for in which Misty said it wasn't even possible. I feel like she has more power than she should as she looked at the mom in the situation snapped and said "DONT ARGUE WITHE ME" but Misty herself was the only person in the building arguing!! Then after that they make the woman grab all of her belongings and they screamed at her to go faster even though she only had two hands and they asked for about 10 documents. I'll never tell anyone to go here for anything and I hope both girls are highly reprimanded for their behavior if you don't know how to talk to people you shouldn't have a public service job!!! Shame on both of you ladies my friend deserves more respect!!
