Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Carmi

I know it's a new place in town, but I went in to pick up a few things, eye anchor hooks, ratchet straps, brad nails,and decking screws, when I walked into the store several workers were standing at the checkouts talking there was 1 customer there being helped, I found some of the items that I needed but could not locate the bread nails was not sure if I was overlooking them or if they did not have them, I walked around the store up and down aisles several times for 45 minutes I walked around the store and never was asked if I needed help, I was approached by another shopper that asked me if anyone worked there my felt was I didn't know I had been looking for something for 45 minutes and no one had come and asked me if I needed help, then just seconds after that here comes a worker apologizing saying they were helping another customer, well I could hear them all falling the whole time I was in there and that customer they was helping when I first walked in was long gone, then they got someone to come help me find the bread nails to tell me if I'm sorry those are rivets we don't carry bread nails because we are rearranging the store😳, what! The store is not been open that long, so in the end the only thing I was able to get off my list was the anchor hooks and my decking screws🤪. Not sure if I will be a return customer here, it was exciting to see TSC go in 15 min away from home but poor service I will drive an extra 15 min to go...

Nice new place. Went in for flea treatment for my dogs. Found out they were cheaper than there competition. Got a box of 6 one month treatments and it had a $7 gift card with the purchase. Took it home gave the dogs a bath and put the flea treatment on and by the next morning most all the flea's we're gone. Thank you Tractor Supply for having a great...

We love this tractor supply. We take our huskies there for baths at least once to twice a month. The staff is extremely kind and understanding and let our puppies pick out their own toys. We will continue to go back, and Thank yo u,...
