I recently ordered three custom t-shirts in blue, black, and red. The shirts were personalized with the exact text I requested on both the front and back, along with my companyās logo on one sleeve and additional custom text on the other. The quality is outstanding, and the attention to detail is second to none.
Their pricing is extremely fair and much lower compared to other companies Iāve looked into. Plus, they managed to complete my order within just 48 hours of my first contact!

The attached photo shows just how amazing the first batch of shirts turned out. When I picked the shirts up they had zero wrinkles and were completely clean! Of course I took them out the bag unfolded them and tried them on and was very happy with the size and they were exactly what I was looking for and needed!! Of course me being a guy though when I put them back in the bag, I didnāt fold them and caused all wrinkles you see in the photo. I wish I had taken a photo before I added the wrinkles to them but hopefully anyone reading this gets the point.

I also had the pleasure of meeting and working with the owner of this business Miguel. He helped me come up with ideas and sent me different mock ups of designs that were all really impressive. Miguel seems very honest, hardworking, and a man of quality.
Once we finalized the design I wanted, he sent me an invoice which I paid online so that he could get working on the shirts for me. I paid for my shirts in advance, and he told me they would be ready by 2pm today.
Miguel is so amazing because originally I told him to put my logo on each sleeve and at the last minute after thinking about it more I changed my mind. I contacted him and requested he only add my logo to one sleeve and add the custom text K9 trainer to the other sleeve. I asked him if he could make that change or if it was too late. I had already told him and paid him for the logos to be on both sides and he told me the shirts would be ready by 2pm. I REQUESTED THE CHANGE AT 1pm⦠1 hour before Iām supposed to come get the shirtsā¦. Miguel told me he had already completed the sleeves and added my logo to both sides like I originally requested.. I had figured it was too late and blamed myself because he did exactly as I asked him to so I couldnāt be upset. I contacted him at 1pm asking for these changes and he told me they were just finishing the last touches on the shirts.
At 1:45pm he contacted me and told me they were ready. At 2pm I showed up and to my surprise Miguel was able to make the I requested!!!!!!!! This made me so happy and he told me he likes to surprise people which says a lot about the man because he had never met and doesnāt know me in any way but he went out of his way to meet my needs and requests. Iām very happy with the service and quality and highly recommend anyone that owns any business or has any event or anything you need anything custom for to contact this man. His company is a one stop shop for all your marketing business or event needs they do it all. Take it from me their prices are very affordable and lower than all the other competitors I contacted, their quality is superb, and their service is above and beyond. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had met Miguel, the owner, at one of our mutual friendās comedy shows. He designs and makes my friendās shirts. After the first wash, my shirt writing started to peel off the shirt. On February 24th, he said he would remake the shirt with no puff print. I was appreciative of his response at the time, although it was a false promise. There were never any talks on paying for the shirt again. I would follow-up with him every few weeks like clock-work for the replacement. He remade it once and resent it, but USPS lost the shirt. I followed-up with him on never receiving the shirt. He never kept an eye on it and asked me if I received it. I had to follow-up. He still promised me he would remake the shirt and resend it. On June 14th, he told me via phone he would remake it and resend it that day, when that was already supposed to be taken care of. The shirt was never remade and resent. I followed-up with Miguel today, and he said over text he would resend the shirt and for me to pay him for it. That was the final straw for me, and I was patient for many months. There was never a single conversation on payment for the remake. I felt slighted, and he offered to refund the shirt. He also refused to speak with me on the phone to have a final conversation about things, nor remake and resend the shirt I waited months for. But at this point, I deserve the shirt I paid for, or at the bare minimum, a human conversation to voice my frustrations with the whole unpleasant encounter. I am just a number on his spreadsheet. It has been four months with probably ten follow-ups from me. If he was going to refund it as the resolution, then that should have been done from the very beginning, instead of false promises and wasting my time. If that was the conversation from the very beginning, I would have felt differently, but at this point I want the shirt that was promised to me. I know he lost money on the shirt from USPS losing it, but the false promises over many months and the lack of a genuine apology is really upsetting, especially since we share a close mutual friend. I at least deserved a last final conversation on the shirt. I have a similar business and could have referred people to Miguel, but he is short-sighted and thinking of losing money on one sale, rather than the larger picture of customer service and the relationship with our mutual friend. I would never have written a negative review, if it had not gotten to this place. I think itās fair for others to see how he treats some of his customers.
Miguel replied back that he does not know me, but he knows me. That is why he is not addressing this situation. He may edit his response and say that I made it up, so this is what his response to my review was, āWe honestly donāt know who you are. Please stop.ā He also called me a weirdo in text. He is not very professional nor knows proper customer service. The facts are he promised a remake, led me on for months, tried to resend it and USPS lost it, then led me on resending it, and then tried to get me to pay for it for him to resend it. He told me I better take my review down. I will not be silenced. I have the right as a consumer to speak on my experience. I donāt have the time to make a fake elaborate story with specific...

When I expressed how I angry I now was because I could have just got the shirt off Etsy SAME PRICE free shipping no hassles and I'm sure I would have got it!! Now I have no shirt and they are telling me it will be ready tomorrow but it's nothing like what I asked for. Not even the glitter font since they said they behind.
