Although located somewhat out of town, Mark was friendly and easy to work with. My Adcom preamp had died, and Mark sounded the most knowledgeable of those I spoke with about the repair. We arranged a weekend drop-off, and I was picking up the unit by Tuesday morning. I also gave him a couple of controllers from a unique set of computer speakers I own, and he handled those in the same time frame and offered to do it as part of the same flat-rate service. Mark is a true professional. I have a Bose L1 Model 1 system that stopped working, and after I contacted him, he helped to make arrangements to mail the unit to him, and then arrange a pickup from his shop. He not only fixed the existing issues with the unit, but also did a lot of preventative maintenance to the unit to ensure that it will operate properly for a long time. Your best Bose Model L1 and PS1 repair source! I found Mark via ebay search but wish I found him when I performed a Bose L1 repair search on Google. After having my Bose L1 with another company for 2 months I took it to Mark who had it up and repaired it in 24 hours. He was confident he could fix it. He did.
