Was renting a metal bed that no one new there was a piece missing till we got it home. They had to order the part but for over a month and my bed continue to come apart. So I was done with the bed. And I went to American Rental and got a new bed. I told them I thought they should out what money we had already invested in the other bed. We all know if you let something go back you lose all the money you invested in. Needless to say I want to thank the manager for when my new bed finally came in, I also found out that the manager indeed put all the money we invested in the old bed and put it towards our new bed.
