Love the bourbon chicken. It's a good portion and value for the price. I think its great they put up a plastic partition for employees in response to covid, but wish they would do more in terms of the customer side of the counter (require face masks for entry, limit the number of people inside at a time, or have curbside pick available). There were so many maskless customers piled up in that small room, I waited outside for it to clear out. Maskless customers just kept pouring in, and staying in there for 10-15 minutes. Walk-ins ordering food and then sitting in there to wait. I almost just cancelled my call-in order. Food is great and price is great, but I think they need to work on the process of getting food to customers in an orderly and efficient manner, that doesn't put customers at risk. 20 minutes just to walk in and pay...

I ordered and picked up Moo Goo Gai Pan to go from here. It did not have snow peas, water chestnuts , and the sauce was like water! Those ingredients make this what it’s known for and if it was a case of them being out, they should tell you that so you can decide if you still want it or want to choose something else! I ordered it several months ago and it didn’t have the water chestnuts then but I figured they much have ran out or forgot to add them. I generally would have great things to say but my experience today was a bit too much! I ordered two General Tsao with white rice and a small fried wonton. She had trouble taking my order kept asking me if I wanted the soup. When we picked up our order it was General Tsao but it was the lunch special that came with fried rice and egg rolls and drinks. That’s not what I wanted. So I tried to tell her it wasn’t what I wanted and she started yelling at me this is the lunch special over and over. I didn’t want the lunch special. She refunded my money told me to get out and refused to correct my order! I’ll never come back!...
