DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG OR ANY PET HERE. Save yourself the waste of time. The staff does not care about your dog they just want your money. They also don’t care to help you when it comes to records by sending a simple PDF. My dog was isolated in a room when he was supposed to be playing with other dogs. They blamed it on him saying he played “too rough” when there was about 20 dogs out there. My dog is never aggressive. He is a gentle giant. He was isolated and the staff continued to lie about it while I was on the phone with them and watching him though the camera. I assumed it was because the front desk and I did not get along a couple days prior. Charlie didn’t want to go in to the daycare at one point. I don’t know what is going on at “Dogs rule resort” but don’t take your dog there. Go somewhere else there’s many more in Carrollton/Plano area that will treat your dog with top service. If you are dealing with Devine, good luck she’s no help. The owner backs her up as well even if she is in the wrong. The day of the isolated incident the owner gave me a free daycare day for that day. I never went back. It’s not worth it. The owner is going to respond to this by sharing that I sent a very aggressive email. I did, there comes a point where it’s just unbelievable how much this dog daycare does not care. The incident that made me so upset I had to write a review is that I asked for records to take Charlie and my new puppy to a new daycare and Devine once again was no help. I emailed very nicely just requesting the records. She said there was no way to be able to send records since they are a daycare facility. I knew this wasn’t true so I replied with a very strong worded email. The owner reached out and said that in order to get those records I needed to apologize and that I am a very unhappy and angry person. Well, yes I am. I am angry and unhappy with the service my dog and I have received since the moment we stepped in that facility. I told the owner that I felt like this daycare does not care about the pets they just want money. She said that I was wrong and that she loved animals. I’m sure she does but her staff does not. I needed to get those records from either his vet or dogs rule resort so I emailed both. I got the records from his vet because they replied with the records first. Again, ridiculous service on dogs rule resort. There are some really bad reviews on this and I’m sure it’s not a coincidence.

Read moreThis will probably be my 3rd Google Review and I really hope Dogs Rule Resort gets all the attention they deserve and need!! I have been dropping my dog Bruno to several places for boarding in the DFW metroplex over the years and out of all the places I’ve been too, Dogs Rule Resort has been the best place for my dog! I needed to go out of the country and my dog had a long over stay at DRR for over a month. The amount of care that the staffs have given for my dog is something I can’t imagine. All of them were caring, compassionate and supportive towards my dog and my dog has bad separation anxiety. That all went away when he was there. My fear was that my dog wouldn’t be able to eat, drink or play knowing that his owners are not there. The staffs I had communicated that need to be recognized are Kenzie, Emily and Amber. They have been working with me while I was out of the country, constantly communicating everything about my dog. Other places will definitely take 2-3 days to respond and DRR was fast and reliable! They’ll even update you and send you pictures. My dog got sick while being there and they were able to take him to the vet and check him out to see what was going on. That part right there is what took me back for a second because, this was the first time I had ever been in a situation where this amount of care was given towards my dog. While there, the staff took great care of him, procured top notch vet care, a prescription for antibiotics, the whole works.!! They sent many updates. We are completely confident in their ability and judgment. They will do everything on their end to make sure your dog is safe, happy and healthy! Best part is that I was able to see my dog 24/7 through the webcams and that definitely helps a lot. Every time I bring my dog back home from any other boarding places he’s either sick or some issue comes up where we would have to take him to the vet, but this time was the first time that he was perfectly fine with no issues. My experience with Kenzie, Amber, Emily and the team has been the best! My first time at DRR and it won’t be the last. It’s been several weeks and I have already recommended this place to my family and friends. Thank you guys for all of y’all’s hard work! It truly speaks up for it. 35 days of boarding is a lot of days but y’all definitely kept me as a dog owner relieved and stress free. The staffs energy was awesome! Didn’t have to worry about a thing!...
Read moreWe recently toured this facility because we are searching for a daycare for our new puppy. We weren't impressed from the moment we pulled up. The place appeared very run down on the outside with dark windows (I originally posted no windows, but this was incorrect). When we walked in, it was very dark and smelled bad. I know...there's dogs around so it should smell somewhat, but not an overpowering smell of urine. The rooms that the kennels are in are very small and cramped, and again, dark. This may be a personal preference thing, but I know my dog would be very uncomfortable in those rooms. The dogs that were playing outside looked happy to be there, but the dogs inside were less than thrilled. The entire place was just very dark and run down appearing. Not bright and happy like I would expect. We walked past one kennel with 2 small dogs. She made the comment that one was happy and the other didn't like it here and bit her. Well, it just so happens the owner showed up at that time and when she walked the dogs out, they couldn't get to their mom fast enough! She then proceeded to tell the owner that they had done great and she just loved them. She mentioned that one bit her, but just brushed it off and said how he was her favorite.... If my dog bit someone, I would want to be notified immediately. I wouldn't want them just placed in a kennel until I showed up that afternoon. We just had a really uneasy feeling while we were there, and after talking to other people and our vet, several said they have heard bad things and would not recommend them... We love our dogs like our children and when my instincts give me a bad feeling, I listen to them. I would like to say that I am not saying the dogs there are abused in anyway, I did not notice anything that made me think they are mistreated, but the dogs didn't look happy to be there and I want my puppy to love going to daycare! *Disclaimer: I posted this review to their facebook page and they decided to remove it. So take that into consideration when you see they have a 5 star review.... They probably just deleted all of the...
