Horrible place over price and some decent reviews so I took my daughter iPad to get fixed because it was close to the house. The first time they fix they still left the iPad bent took it back they charge me to fix the back. It still had a slight bent and some letters stopped working out of no were. But I said is not a toddler that watches movies how bad can it be. Well 2 weeks later the home button fell off I took it to them and they told me due to their 30 day they will fix. The guy also told me that not to let a toddler push the button. How you make a child understand that I have no clue. When I got the tablet crack the inside screen was dirty and had glue all over it then again I had to leave the iPad with them. Forward another 2 weeks the button falls again this time I had given my iPad to the child and I’m the one using this one and it just fell off. Took it back now they want to charge another 60$ to put glue on a button. Never in my life with iPhones and iPad had I had an issue with the button. Due to their crappy work and inability to glue stuff right they decline to fix it u less I pay. Customer service is down the drain and workmanship requires work make sure you check their final product their cheap Amazon parts and the 130$ price tag that comes with it is not worth the effort. Now I’m sitting here with a busted iPad and with what I paid them I could of been 30$ away from getting a new one. There are better options don’t waste your money with this people. Yes you fixed it but the work was sloppy. Second time you guys left glue inside the screen I thought the lcd was cracked. And the second time the home button fell off it was being used by an adult. Been using Apple devices for years and never even thought the button would fall off. First after you guys fixed it and again after you guys fixed it. Maybe use a stronger glue or better parts in the future. 100 percent will not recommend. Try to explain it to the guy and he wasn’t listening just gave me an ultimatum either pay or take my tablet. Shows what kind of customer service they provide. 205$ paid to have a tablet with no home button. Yet due to their policies they are not reliable if the glue don’t stick. Joke of a company. My suggestion to any future users don’t give up your Apple care 59$ and you get a new one at Apple. And if you do then just...
Read moreThe owner, Philip, just got into a shouting match with me, bragging and cussing about how he's the owner and can do what he wants.
My ex dropped off my Son's phone, the battery wasn't charging. They called my ex and told her it was 40 to diagnose, she told them to contact me, as I am paying for it. Another gentleman, who was very polite and professional, told me they could replace the screen and battery for $300, but it would take about a week for the parts to get there. It's a Razer phone, so I agreed, pointing out that it was important that they replace the screen, because it's all scratched up.
Well, it's been a week. I got a call today from "Philip the owner" and was told that they didn't replace the screen because it's not broken, but it was still $200 just to replace the Battery. I asked if they could replace the screen. He said they already sent it back, which sounds suspect. I said I thought I was paying $300 for the Screen and Battery to be replaced. He kept talking over me and I couldn't complete my sentence. Finally I asked him to stop talking and listen to me. Then it went to shouting and cussing. I told him I'd pick up my phone tomorrow and he said he'd put it "Back to Broken". I called the other location to tell them what happened. They said I would still have to pay the $40 "Diagnostic fee", even though I agreed to pay to fix it and they didn't, and they're in fact now putting it "Back to broken". I agreed to pay the fee when I pick it up tomorrow. We shall see the condition my phone is in, he seemed...
Read moreI've gone to these people twice for different devices, and each time, the devices would work for a few days and then break down. I would then have to pay them to repair the product AGAIN. Even if they don't fix your problem (and may leave your device worse off), you still have to pay the diagnostic fee. It's pretty hefty compared to other places I looked at. When I asked them about what they did to my device, the person I spoke to got frustrated with me and couldn't explain it properly. I had to get my device fixed elsewhere, and the repairmen there were able to explain it.
I won't be coming back here.
Update: Responding to the owner's message, I understand the location does their best to help people, I just wish that the tech who explained it didn't get so easily frustrated with me (within the first minute) and that they were equipped to suggest other solutions if the one you guys gave didn't work. I ended up going to a different location, and they recommended a solution to solve my problem without charging me a dime. I still won't be coming to this location as previous attempts at repair (other than the laptop) have also failed with this location, but I hope that the customer service...
