Quant and absolutely delicious Sushi restaurant! We went for lunch and there were only 2 people working but they did an amazing job! Fast, knowledgeable and friendly customer service.

I ordered the teriyaki shrimp bento box and the server asked for my preferences in all options to ensure that my order was correct. It comes with 2 dumplings, salad with ginger dressing, the teriyaki shrimp was on top of grilled veggies (, , ), 4 piece roll of Cali or spicy crab and rice (steamed or fried). The rice was a nice portion and was served in a bowl on the side. The Cali roll was big and made with all fresh ingredients. My daughter ordered the shrimp tempura roll; it comes with 8 pieces and is a very large roll with fresh and real ingredients.

Anyone who follows me knows I am a bit of a hard critic because I like to keep things concise and honest. This place is an absolute hidden gem among Carrollton food spots. The murals on the walls and lighting make this place super comfortable and while your typical chairs leave a little to be desired the traditional asian style dining area is absolutely phenomenal. I ordered a White Tiger Roll and Spicy Hot roll which were fresh, delicious, and absolutely masterfully presented. The flavors on everything tasted like they were flown in and cut that day. The quality overall was absolutely remarkable.

I'd give them a 6th star if I could for being so welcoming as I came in 45 minutes before close. The service was given with a smile and food was in hand in less than 12 minutes. I will definitely be back when I am working in...

Bland American food cooked in soy sauce and served in plastic bowls and trays.

Most Americans don’t realize how low quality the food is compared to an actual Japanese or really any Asian restaurant that uses spices and herbs for flavor. No real fish on the roll, only ground up mush of mystery fish for the tuna and fake everything else. Left still hungry as the portions were minimal.
