initially would have been a 5 star review, because i was happy until the moment i tried to get a refill, and was rudely told that i couldnt get a refill on my drink bc i had the frozen 1$ drink, heres the catch i paid for the Large meal, and the large drink the cashier only switched the dollar drink which i wanted seperately for the large drink i didnt get, i verified this that he didnt charge me an extra dollar, which he did not thinking i would be able to refill since i paid for the large drink, they also didnt give me a receipt and i was so upset when i left that i did not even ask for it, but i was order number 41, at 11:00 am on wed, november 18, ended up paying $ 12.50 for a large meal with a frozen non refillable drink which cost me the price of the regular large drink. will never be going here, and i highly recommend you do not go here or at least make sure they give you a receipt. highway robbery imo if you think about it if i would have bougjt everything seperately i would have only been pay around 9-10 dollars, and when i told the woman who said i couldnt get a refill that i paid the price for a large drink and the cashier was right next to her who charged me he just didnt say anything and looked dumbfounded, truly a horrible experience where the people who are supposed to give the best customwr experience sat their and argued with me and basically stole my money, i'd love to end it here, but im so tired of being used, so this will not be the last you hear from me, im most likely going to take this to their social media page and any other outlet to lwt them know that the workers would rather argue wiwth you than...

But when I got to the window, I was told they were out of the chicken sandwich. So I asked politely if they could simply make it fish instead of chicken. Easy solution to an easy problem, right? Nope. The manager, who looked all of 16 years old, told me he couldn't do that because of inventory count. Seriously? So I asked about having now wasted a coupon code and he said, "Just wait wait until I cancel the order and try again at another location". What happened to customer service? You care about a dollar worth of inventory for an easy swap more than you do about keeping positive customer relations? Don't go here. Just on principle. Read moreThis morning around 7:40 am, my son and I stopped by this Burger King location. We ordered a sausage biscuit meal with an apple juice, two additional sausage biscuits, and a three piece French toast sticks. I was not bothered that the juice was in a kiddie pouch, but my 17 year old was in shock. It did not matter they charged an additional 49¢ for the Apple juice because I saw it on the screen, even though the cashier did not say anything.
In the beginning, the cashier had a sausage, egg, cheese croissant meal on the screen. I had to tell her, ma'am, it is just sausage biscuits, not croissants and no eggs or cheese, please. We got the order, I said separate yours and mine, please. I dropped my son off at school and I went to work. He opened his wrapper and there was a biscuit sliced, but no sausage. I was shocked. So, I checked my wrapper, my biscuit was not even cut in half. That biscuit was so dry looking, hard, and cold (pictures below).
