Scam alert ! Damaged goods for luxury prices! I tried to give this company the opportunity to make this right big mistake. I have an unusual configuration for my bathroom so when I saw the company photos and luxury description I thought perfect. After a week of my card being charged and no word , or email I called to find out the status of my bathroom set. I was told everything is in stock and will be getting a shipping notice soon. Order received 10 days later, but with the wrong not advertised sink it didn’t fit. Also not sure about the wood either having a 3rd party confirm, supposedly a hardwood not easily scratched. The sink was 1”Too short on the circumference of the front curve and covering the plumbing hole in the back. The staff was argumentative told me that was the replacement sink (I was not notified of a replacement before shipping)and it should work I can shift and drill a bigger plumbing hole ??? Send photos ,we need more photos place the sink on top ( which scratched to cabinet to prove It was the wrong sink. This is not what what I paid for . I said pick it up I had the pallet crate and boxes , cut my losses . Looked around for another set at a different company time frame longer but ok. Then the interior gallery called me up great news I know we agreed to pick everything up but we found the correct sink will you accept it. So I said ok , I was going to place my new order the next day but now I didn’t have to wait and hold up my bathroom remodel. Sink came in at first glance appeared ok fit the cabinet . I had to pack up the wrong sink and drive 30 minutes to ship out , inconvenience but not any other option. Well fast forward to installation day . Cabinet is floating so needs to be installed first after plumbing was moved to accommodate this set. The installer lightly cleaned the sink before installing and all kinds of flakes were coming off ??? Then rubbing the surface and the big chips were exposed! This was a used sink patched up to look new. I immediately called sorry we no longer deal the that vendor you can patch it up for 100 max . Or tear out and send everything back. Well a new sink or fully resurfaced is more than 100 not to mention labor. I never would have installed this , I should have sent it back on day one . Delivery to NYC was cloae to $200, so forget about free delivery. After the order, you never hear from them ever again. Fi ally I had to call and inquire about the nearly $3000 purchase. Took a couple of calls and email and different reps got back saying it is on the way or it is with the local shipper. And another week went by, I inquired again, and they told me my tub was lost. They will now have to reship another one, using another local delivery vendor. I incurred cost for planning the plumbing work without the tub, asking the vendor to refund the shipping charge since I didn't receive the tub, to no fault of my own. I was told they incurred cost for losing the tub as well so there is no way they would refund me. OK, logical somehow. I suppose they would be entirely happy if I would pay for the new one again to cover their loss due to some faulty alignment with local delivery. We finally got the tub and faucet. Two months later. Faucet wavbles, so I emailed again. No response. A week later, another email, no response. I called, got a woman, saying she is the manager and that they alwya respond to emails. Well, clearly not true, and lack of humility is even worse a sin. Our guys figured out a way to fix it in the end. But the customer service this place has is incredibly embarrassing for goods of pricy nature. The tone of entitlement is bewildering and the blatant "if we didn't something wrong you are being picky, if you did anything wrong you are damned" attitude rightfully should take them out of any service business. First off, its no gallery, just a warehouse and you are not allowed to see any items they are selling in person as they are all crated. I drove that far to determine quality and scale because one picture per item isnt enough to determine how it will look
so without being able to see anything in person, not even one item, i asked if they had a computer or catalog i could look at to buy 2 toilets. i was told no and that i needed to look up their inventory on my own phone. so while looking up toilets, i was then told that even though i was there in person to purchase 2 toilets, i couldnt pick them up and would have to have them shipped back to my house because they would have to unbox them, test them, and then rebox them. and therefor nothing could be picked up that day
This is ridiculous, as no where on there website does it say same day pick up isnt available, i called a month before taking a day off work and making the trip to make sure i could stop and an purchase, i was told pick ups were not a problem
So i cant see an item in person because its boxed up, then told i cant pick it up because it has to be unboxed and tested, but also not allowed to see the item once its unboxed because i have to buy it first and have it sent to my house first
so not only has the interior gallery lost the sale on my 2 toilets, they also lost any future sales from my contractor who is one of the largest home builders in the oklahoma city area. he was quite livid when i called him about their...
