Worst experience ever! If you are wanting to know what's wrong with your computer before repairs are actually done, make sure to specify "DIAGNOSTICS ONLY". Otherwise, they will just do whatever repairs they want and then charge you for it without giving you an option first. Then when you confront them about how misleading the "DIAGNOSTICS" process is, the tech, who gave me their name as Christy, will argue, and roll his eyes. This tech should not be doing customer service! Ron N. was very nice and took accountability for their mistake. Too bad the tech came out to make it worse. They did offer to "eat it" or remove the hardware they installed but I made it known that it was not about the money and it was about the option that I was not given. I paid the invoice regardless but they missed an opportunity to make more money since I specified, and Ron even made notes on the order, that "I wanted to look at options for upgrades".
