If I had the option to give zero stars I would. The lady, who is the owner, works the front and back end is extremely rude. She is so disrespectful to paying customers. And she changes the price of the items. The ladoo she charged at $8 and the previous week she charged at $7. I am not going to fight over a $1, so I didn’t say anything but she should be consistent with pricing. She said the jalebi a were fresh from yesterday but they looked a week old. I rather pay more somewhere else than to ever go back to her again. I have been going to this lady for years now for family weddings and other celebrations. (My fault for giving her thousands of dollars of business over the pay few years) Honestly, never going...

Honestly, some of the sweets were good others had strong flavors and bit too sugary.

We also bought mattery (snack) had strong aftertaste appears to be fried in old oil. I only tried few pieces the whole container went to trash.

Uncle who works there not sure if he is the owner need better customer service. Didn’t feel like he appreciated his customers or his sales. Also, they only sell if you are buying by pound of sweets, they will not sell less than pound. For someone like me pound of sweets would last me whole week. I've never been this quick to a review a product. I hated it so much i needed to get it off as quick as possible. hygiene is not satisfactory - During Covid - woman was not wearing a mask but the board outside insists on customers wearing a mask to get service. Attitude - When I inquired about assorted sweet for 1lb, I got a annoyed look from the lady. Just because you are buying less weight doesn't mean I deserve less respect. Mysore pak - literally garbage. I am not making this up - I felt like throwing up after eating Mysore pak.
