My wife and I had been putting off buying a new mattress for way too long. Our old one was shot, and my back was letting me know about it every single morning. When you walk back to their mattress gallery, it doesn't feel like you're in an appliance store anymore. It's this huge, beautifully set-up space that's actually relaxing to shop in. We were greeted by our salesman, Saint, who was just a total pro. The best part was that he actually listened. He asked what was wrong with our old mattress and what we were looking for instead of just trying to push the most expensive model. He let us take our time and explained the tech in the Tempur-Pedic without being pushy. The manager, Robert, even came over to introduce himself and make sure we were being taken care of. It just felt like a genuinely good, old-school customer service experience. We ended up getting a Tempur-Pedic, and I am not exaggerating when I say this thing is amazing. It's definitely an investment, but after a few weeks of sleeping on it, it is worth every single penny. I'm not tossing and turning all night, and that nagging ache in my lower back is gone when I wake up. I feel like I'm finally getting real, deep sleep again.
