Well we came here overnight last night hoping that we could get unloaded early, like all the reviews have mentioned.
I guess we didnt get so lucky, we arrived at 2230 for our 1400 apt the next day. We were told to park in the green zone and they may call us overnight to get unloaded early.
There were only 2 trucks in the docks so we were hopeful. No phone call, ok no biggie, so we called this am and asked and they didnt seem very friendly on the phone. Actually came across as if we were bothering them by making a phone call.
We were told we had a 1400 apt and they most likely wont get to us until then. I get that its out apt time just bummed since so many reviews claimed early unload times.
So BE ADVISED of not likely getting unloaded early here. However the parking is clean, bathrooms are good and thats why the 4 stars for allowing that at least. I will edit when we get in the dock for unload times.
Edit: We were given a dock assignment at 9am for our 1400 apt time. So far its been over 3.5 hours to unload 20 pallets of bulk cheese curd totes. This requires no counting of boxes or products.
The only counting of inventory was to count 4 small totes per pallet with a total of 20 pallets. Yet so far we are up to 3.5 hrs to unload ?
There is no fast unloading here as described in previous reviews. There is a shower. One shower and a restroom and overnight parking for that they get 2 Gracie plops for now consistently delaying us for unloads and taking 4 hrs each time.
However for unloading they can do better then 3.5 hours for 20 bulk tote pallets.
EDIT : We cameBACK AGAIN for another unload, and they still have DRAGGED THEIR FEET unloading simple Cheese Curd Totes. They care less about your time !! Something has happened since these other reviews about fast unloading. This place is a joke and down graded to 2 stars.

So I read all 5 star comments saying how well organized, fast and friendly this place was. Got here a day early (there was a comment or two mentioning successful early deliveries) Nope. Can’t unload you early, come back at your appointment time. Came back the next day about 2 hrs early, and ended up spending almost 15 hours there. Staging area was jam packed. 50 docks, but they were only unloading 2-3 trucks at a time. Got a call for a door sometime in the middle of the night. My ELD was showing I was fresh on hours, meaning my truck wasn’t moving for more than 10 hrs. Backed in and went back to sleep. Woke up about 2 hours later and noticed light was still green. Decided to go to the main building to answer nature’s call and saw a truck driver arguing with a night shift supervisor. They were literally screaming at each other. Driver said he’d been sitting there for almost 36 hours. About 15 minutes later he backed in to a door next to me and was unloaded in 30 minutes. Another truck backed in to the same door after him and was also unloaded and gone in 30 minutes. Meanwhile my light was still solid green. I wasn’t in a hurry since I already canceled me next load but still decided to go and ask what was going on. Yet another trucker was fighting with receiving clerk because of slow unloading process. Of course they unloaded him immediately after that. Well, guess what I had to do to force these idiots to unload my trailer. Exactly. “Politely” speak to a supervisor 🤬 30 minutes later my trailer was...
Read moreHaven't delivered yet. Just getting loaded to go here, but my delivery isn't for a few days yet. Decided to check out reviews. I'll update once I deliver. But sounds like the good unloading days are hit and miss. Probably depends on who's working. Hopefully mine goes smoothly.
Okay, so I forgot to update when I delivered. And then someone liked the comment and the notification that I got reminded me that I forgot to update. So this is the update.
I had a 8 a.m. delivery appointment. I got there at 10:30 p.m. the night before. Was empty at 07:45 next morning. So, still before my appointment time. When you get there, call the number on the sign and they will tell you what door do back into. Put your paperwork in the back of the trailer, they will bring it out to you when they're done unloading. It's next to the airport which has confiscated the land and doesn't leave a lot of room for backing. It's...
