This place is absolutely incredible ok so to make a long story short the first time I tried to get my medical card I went to m.m.m here in Joplin, and they screwed me over entirely which really sucked because I was approved and everything but they completely refused to send me the state application stuff and continued to do so all the way up untill till the doctor's certificate was no good anymore (standard call center Bs) ,and a total waste of money. they continued to email me ads about their $250 a session personal trainer though.

Ok fast forward to now and for less than I paid there blue sage did all the work for me I barely even had to lift a finger! Everyone was really nice and helpful (m.m.m's doctor Was super rude and didn't seem to know what he was talking about either) and only 2 days after they filled out and sent my application in it was ready to go. they made the entire process a very streamlined one ,and I cannot thank them enough that. Blue sage is doing extremely right by medical cannabis as a whole and it's patients as well. Update....it's 6/25/2023 at 2:45pm and it's Sunday so it's supposed to be "happy hour", right? Well didn't get the "happy hour" discount. So not too happy at all. Most likely will find a new store to go to.

Website said 7 per gram, so I ordered 10 grams. Once at the store I was informed they tried to call me. Well no they didn't try to call me. So I find out $7 per gram for "shake" and if I wanted "buds" if was $10 a gram. So first no call, second price change at the last minute and just really curious as why this company is doing a "bait and switch".

I am not holding the bud tender responsible, they were just doing their job. This was a decision made by the company.

I even emailed the company asking for a response before I did a review. I still have NOT heard back from Bluesage.

So in response to Bluesage reply to my review. The website said $7 per gram. Once I got to the store it went up to $10 per gram of the same STRAIN. So...

Was 5 stars, but a bit upset for two reasons, and I have been a loyal biweekly customer since they opened for med.

1. The price on their website, even after it shows supposed taxes, is never accurate. You have to bring more money than the checkout says. In normal business this is not only ethically wrong, but in some cases illegal. I will be following up with MHSS about this, just because it's the right thing to do.

2. They had AMAZING AND WONDERFUL different daily deals on flower and such. For example Tuesday was Top shelf Tuesday and you would get 10% off of flower. They have now removed all discounts and replaced it with a less more likely purchase scenario. The aforementioned deals were way better at serving the community. They need to go back.

Don't get me wrong, I love this place more than others and the staff is friendly, just needs some business tweaks.

I still appreciate Blue Sage.
