EDITED in response to the reply under my review.
Nice automated reply so generic. How about instead of the generic replies to everyone fix the problems you have. And when you tell some one to leave just because they are calling you out on your BS do the right thing and refund their money. We didn't even stay at you nasty establishment. Your GM is a disgrace and to accuse someone falsely with his lies shame on you. It seems that when he gets called out he tends to call the cops, saw that stated on other reviews. We will never step foot in that nasty again.
The staff that checked us in were friendly and waved the early check in fee. We checked in around 1 but didn't go to the room I wish we would have. We left and got something to eat. We came back to the hotel and went to our room, we didn't really look throughly for cleanliness like we usually do. My husband went to lay his glasses on the bedside table and dropped them behind it. He went to get them and stuck his hand in something wet so he started to look and he found a bottle of anal lube, a screw driver, lighter, a pair of glasses and chips on the floor. When brought to the GM's attention he claimed that he audits all the rooms before they allow another customer to check in to them. He then proceeded to say he went by our room and we were really loud which was a lie, my daughter was sleeping and my husband was fixing to take a nap. The GM basically accused us of having sex and with our daughter who is a young adult in the room and the stuff was ours. Another lie. And when we asked for a refund he denied it. My husband told him that was fine he would be calling the department of health to report the uncleanliness. At that point the GM got irate and told us to leave the premises, which we were gladly leaving. He proceeded to call the cops on us for no reason at all we were not unruly we were very calm. He just didnt like that we are reporting them to department of health. I have no ideal what lie he told the cops because we left there was no reason for us to wait around because a stupid call to the cops. The cops have better things to do than to show up to a place that there isn't anything going on at. I attached a picture of the stuff that was found in the room. I wish my husband wouldn't have picked it up but he did. Not sure why the picture isn't showing. Also my husband got more pictures of the stuff before it was picked up but I don't have access to them to...
Read moreThis place shouldn’t even be open and I don’t understand how it still is. For starters, their pool is gross. There were a bunch of bugs all over the pool and the rooms aren’t any better. Every lamp shade in the room is gross and dirty (some broken too), half of the ceiling is damaged, all the towels have something on them (some had yellow stuff, another looks like blood???), there was a leftover bar of soap in the shower from a previous guest, the windows definitely need a cleaning, there’s a bunch of dust so you can tell dusting never happens, and the list goes on.
Want to use some privacy sheers? Oh, they don’t have any. Want to workout in their fitness center? It’s closed. Free breakfast? You can’t even call it breakfast. The juice machine isn’t working, they have no milk, there’s bugs flying around, and they don’t even have utensils. Your only choice is waffles unless you want cereal without milk or want to eat some eggs with your hands. After seeing how “clean” things are, not so sure you’d want to eat what they put out anyway. Every window and glass door in the place is in a desperate need of a cleaning, any light in the hallway has a dozen bugs lying in it, and overall the place is a hot mess and straight up dirty.
There wasn’t even half a roll of toilet paper when we arrived and they had to check to see if our room was clean, didn’t even know if it would be or not. Then you get a desk in your room with no chair to sit in. Finally, you couldn’t even get a receipt at check-out because SURPRISE, their printer has no ink.
When I heard this used to be the Precious Moments hotel, I was excited. I love Precious Moments and thought maybe this would be a good stay. It definitely wasn’t. Stay literally anywhere else but here. It’s only a matter of time before this place shuts down, because it really needs to be now. The Precious Moments pictures on the wall don’t make up for how bad this place is. I can tell that Precious Moments definitely didn’t want to be associated with this mess and that’s why it’s simply Precious Hotel now. There’s nothing...
Read moreNeeded to update previous review. Had 2 stars, doesn't even deserve one star. The more we were in room the more filth you find. Pictures on wall have streaks down them like something was ran down them and just built up, I don't know what, on them. Dust and debris on furniture, windows dirty. Towels and wash rags had yellow stains on them. Checked out breakfast, just to see what was offered. Had cereal options. In the Fruit Loops choice was Rice Krispies. In the Rice Krispies, Cheerios, and looked like Corn Flakes in third one. No bowls or milk though. Had some yogurts, but no spoons. No juices, machine had out of order sign on it. Had scrambled eggs and sausage links and cups with mix to make waffle. Had sink in breakfast room to wash hands with no paper towels. You can tell there are never any in it. Took a few photos but didn't get all as a few people were in there and didn't want to get them in photos. Clean is my biggest thing of all when staying anywhere. This place is not! Didn't really even want to sleep in bed because I don't trust that sheets were actually changed/ cleaned. The longer you are in the room the more filth you see. Hallway carpet taped so someone doesn't trip, it smells. A little concerned about bed bugs. Don't really know what they look like to know for sure. Previous guest soap still in shower. That's why it is no longer call the Precious Moments Hotel. They call it the Precious Hotel. It is definitely not associated with the Precious Moments Chapel in anyway! I'm surprised they are allowed to leave the very few pictures they have left in room on the walls. Best word of...
