Me and my friend decided to go here at around 11:20 a little bit before close and walk around. I was thinking about buying something, but we walked around for a bit and didnât see anything. While we were walking around this lady went on the intercom and said âYou guys better not try to steal not in my store not tonightâ. I didnât think she was talking to us so we just kept walking. I went to go use the bathroom, and shortly after she yelled over the intercom âthe two young men please come to the front immediately.â We were so confused so we just went to the front and the lady proceeded to ask if we stole anything and went into the bathroom in it. My friend started to walk out and she started screaming at him even though we literally did nothing. I said no I have no idea what youâre talking about I just went to use the bathroom and look around. She said âOkay young man well we will be checking the cameras.â I told her to check them we didnât do anything. Then she told us alright and we left. Iâm pretty disappointed to have to deal with something like this, especially at a Lowes foods with 4.5 stars. It was extremely rude, and it felt like we were being stereotyped.    Read morewalked inside with my friend just to go get some quick hair product and use the restroom. we walk in and 10 seconds later on the intercom âdonât even think about itâ. thought it was funny and didnât possibly think it was us since we hadnât even glared at anything yet. 3 minutes later âthe 2 boys coming from the bathroom come to front NOWâ. we went to the front and she asked if we took anything to the bathroom, if we did why would we even say we did, we said no and then she said âoh, no problem sweet heart!â as if thatâs going to make the fact that she made us walk all the to the front for a simple yes or no question any less irritating. she clearly is sheltered and should see a psychiatrist. i understand inclusion but when it impacts the experience of the customers you need to take action. we just walked out not a big deal but she doesnât need a job at customer service and her mic privileges should be revoked. all love didnât insult her to her face just walked out while she had an attitude, clearly something wrong with her. time: around 11:25pm on monday dec 9th. i think she was just watching self...
   Read moreApparently no cashiers before 10 AM during weekdays now, so I'm getting a little concerned. Lowes corporate has cut back employee hours for years so they don't have to pay benefits. No cashiers at times is pretty customer hostile as the self-checkouts only have room for so many groceries and you can't put them back in your cart. There were a a few other minor problems in the past, like the a manager who instead of telling a customer they can't have a dog in their cart (major health code violation and nobody wants dog butt on their food) they instead complemented the dog - and didn't even respond about that problem.
