I honestly have to say this has been my worst customer experience in around 10 years. I would give negative 5 stars If i could.
I got a self install internet kit, they said all I would have to do is connect it to the cable, and call the activation number and I should be good to go, which I have done before with other ISP's
needless to say they forgot to mention it was disconnected at the road in their own box (that I don't have a key to)
moreover they had a 3 day wait before they could even get someone out to me.then they canceled the appointment on me by calling the wrong number. then when I ask where they guy was they said they could reschedule for 2 days later. and then it was only working at 80mbs instead of the 400mbs I was paying for.
so the long story short is I was without internet for 5 days even after informing them that I work from home and that this cost me approximately 200 dollars a day in lost income.
they haven't even taken off the days I was without service off my bill or compensated me for the reduced speeds I have been experiencing.
so in short they don't care. and will not even fix stuff that is their mistake like canceling an appointment that was set, just due tot there tech being lazy...
please google fiber. get...

Last person, Sabrina, did everything possible to keep me from reducing my service. Asked questions as to why (does it matter?), I answered. Upon learning I was moving to another area, she wanted to know if she could help me set up service at new location. I have already arranged service with another carrier I tell her, and then she starts telling me what a bad decision I made and when she asks why and I say it's due to the ever increasing costs of TWC and the poor customer service I have repeatedly experienced, she says, "I'm surprised to hear that you have had poor service with us". I'm surprised she was able to say that with a straight face. Finally, after 30 minutes of simply asking to reduce service, she complied. Would it be so bad to just give the customer what they want in the first place rather than put us through all this? However, the young woman refused to give me a simple "yes or no" answer but continued to go on and on about promotions even though I told her I had discussed all of this when I had made arrangements to cancel my service and was not interested. All I wanted to do was return my modem on June 26 as instructed. She continued to talk over me and went on and on even though I practically begged her to answer my question. She refused to do so and finally hung up on me because I refused to listen to her promotions!!!! What a wonderful introduction to customer service since changing to Spectrum.
