Bravo Supermarkets — Local services in Casselberry

Every time I buy chicken get it home open it it's rotten this place is racist against white people 3 times I been treated horrible by pre made food staff at lunch twice rotten chicken n this time the lady didn't put all my groceries in the bag I bought n fet home with half my ingredients I can't even with this place anymore its awful its horrible experience horrible vegetables horrible service horrible cashiers horrible racist Spanish girls with attitude . I'm a working mom trying to just get home with dinner for my kids n this place goes out of there way to cost me money to shop there and leave me feeling upset crying my eyes out and without the ingredients I ship for . I'm out 15 bucks no chicken and no ingredients for dinner we had box Mac n cheese instead. I'm sure this is all ok with everyone tho! because apparently reverse discrimination is not a thing anyone acknowledging ever ...I may be white but I have two P.R. kids u don't know someone life because I'm white shopping in Spanish store I don't n no one deserves to be treated like...

I have had it with this place they have the worst customer service. I went there today with my daughter, she stood in front of the hot food and, she should have been next to be helped, and I went to get some meat to cook on the grill. She stood there patiently waiting, and I noticed that a Spanish speaking customer was being taken care of, and not my daughter..?

I went to her and asked If she was being helped, and she said no..! I asked why and she said that the Spanish speaking customer came to the hot food section speaking Spanish to the person behind the counter, and she immediately helped him...

This Is not the first time this has happened to us there.

I will never spend a penny in this or any other Bravo supermarket. I hope Bravo management sees this and does something about this as it is as bad as it gets. I have many other friends get treated the same because we did not speak Spanish. I hope they stop this...

I want to start by saying that I am impressed with this bravo very organized and very clean store. The customer service is very nice and friendly they have a variety of Latin food I was very impress with how much variety they actually have. I had a rice with shrimp very flavorful and the sauce that they put on the shrimps with the peppers is delicious and very rich, the Alcapurrias are yummy the mofongo has some tiered pork inside it was very different but at the same time full of flavors and delicious. The tiramisu was like the best I had in a long time favorite dessert. If you don’t feel like cooking after work and want some good Hispanic food come here. Highly...
