Foxtail Coffee - Longwood — Restaurant in Longwood

first time here, probably last- we will see. i just ordered 2 bagel sandwiches and one coffee in the drive through. drove to the window, i had 2 different people asking me if i already paid and asking me what i ordered. they gave me the wrong drink initially after asking if it was mine??? (it sounded exactly like what i ordered so i assumed it was mine) and thought thats all i ordered, so when they told me my total was only $6 i said no, i ordered food too. apparently the first drink was not my drink and then after waiting for my food, another girl came to the window and asked me yet again if ive already paid?????? i was also handed the tablet to pay and he held it completely sideways, i couldnt hardly reach it and struggled just to even sign my name. so awkward.

completely unorganized, chaotic, mind you i was also the only one in the drive through- i really wanted to like this place! on a good note the turkey avocado bagel...

I understand that this is a new location, but first time going here, they got our order wrong.

The drive-thru attendant had to ask us about the steps (if we're getting drinks and food, if we're waiting for food, ect) when she was the one that just took it 3 minutes prior.

Drinks were okay, but other than that. We got someone else's bagel order. Paid extra for cream cheese we didn't even get. The (other persons) toasted bagels are extremely cold, with no signs of toasting on them. No browning. And on top of that they made us pay before we even got our food, so we ended up tipping for this.

Go to einsteins (sorry janice), it may cost a dollar or two more, but it's way better than this. I was so dejected i just went home and ate...
