Had problems with my skid steer figured I'd give them the opportunity to fix the pins on my bucket. Specifically asked to let me know if it was going to be crazy expensive that I would take it elsewhere just because I know how new places are when you dont have an account. They supposedly fixed the pins/springs, charged me soo much that I was mind blown and when I brought it home it was no different. Asked them several times to make it right and they couldn't figure it out and eventually just stopped trying to fix it even with the crazy amount I paid. I had a friend look at it and an hour later with the tightening of the spring on the pin head it was fixed.
