United States Postal Service — Local services in Castleton Township

We have repeatedly had mail that shows delivered but has not been placed in our mailbox. I have had some incorrectly placed in "return to sender." Although it has caused problems with some financials, at least with that, we have resolution. Right now, we're waiting on some signs that were ordered online and were mailed two weeks ago and an invitation for a graduation openhouse that was mailed 2 weeks ago from two towns over. Others have received theirs, but we have not received ours.

It is extremely distressing. I am tempted to get a po box in a different town just so we can get our mail. How long does it take for a new post master to acclimate to...

Since and in the transistion of my old mail man retiring, i have had nothing but problems. Deliver my stuff to my neighbors cause they said they didn't know there were more houses down here. When her and her husband both have delivered here. They just don't want to come down here. First, they argued with me and said my mailbox wasn't in the right place. After two weeks of them holding our mail and us filing a complaint, we started getting our mail and sent us an apology letter.
