1st time there to have my Chevy Silverado Truck get an oil change usually I go to Domingo Vara but they were booked and it was going to tak 2hrs for them to get to it if I had them do it, so then I remember this Chevy Dealer just down the road from where we live by and called them up to see if they go by appointment or walk in and the girl said I can set you up for today if you like at 5pm and I said sure it was 4pm when I called and so we went and I was amazed at how there service and CUSTOMER service was so great plus the complimentary snacks they had for the people that wait there and coffee and also sodas plus the little ice machine maker that makes ice like Dairy Queen the soft ice and also a little play room for the kids as well in which sad to say Domingo Vara doesn't have that only the coffee and pan dulce(sweet bread) but only if you go early in the Morning to have the service done to it while you wait and if you get there later after that there's no more sweets and they don't refill them for the rest of the day, sad but true and so what you'll had out there now that really impressed me, plus there price on there Oil Change and tire rotation for a total of $55.00, in which it was cheaper with you guys than at Domingo Vara and then they washed my truck as well and they said that's what we do here and I was like WOW..... Most definitely you will got my BUSINESS from now on. THANK YOU GUYS AND KEEP UP THIS GREAT WORK AND ALSO GOD BLESS.... FROM YOU GAINED A NEW...

Service: A++ Al F. PORTER SUPERVISOR seen me as soon as I drove up (what a gentleman) he was kind and quick to assist me and ask what I needed to be done before heading inside. My vehicle needed an oil change so I an set appointment for the A.M. (appointment is recommended if you don't want to wait more than 90 min!) Soon as I walked through those doors their friendly greeting and clean environment, free coffee, and snacks make the waiting worth the wait!!! (Coffee addict sorry I had 3 cups on ya thank you! Lol) I am sad to see the playroom for the young kids gone because I usually wait in there with my 3 kiddos (but it's okay because tic tac toe and hangman are our favorite games and all you need is paper and a pen:)) OOHH I finally even had my exterior car washed with a quick interior vacuum!!! (It's been months since they did that due to their car wash breaking down or some story l) HOWEVER, AL F. MY GUY MADE IT HAPPEN, CAPTAIN! THANK YOU FOR COMING THROUGH! Overall everyone is nice and friendly especially the sweet woman at the payment counter with the gray pixie cut (ROCK IS SISTA!) but AL F. made my day and experience a little bit better and brought a smile to my face just by being a gentleman keeping his word, and opening my car door for me..it's a nice touch in the Service department. THANKS, AL FOR MAKING MY DAY JUST BY BEING YOU! I'll be back as always and hopefully my experience is just as good...

I had great service from Dale Thames in the North Park Chevrolet service department. I had extreme warranty issues with my 2016 GMC Denali transmission and suspension system. Dale went to bat for me with GM extended warranty. It was not the best outcome to no fault of Dale’s, but to GM’s extended warranty crummy customer service. When I purchase another vehicle, I am/was interested in the Chevy Traverse, and will go to NP Chevrolet because Dale restored my faith in good customer service and professionalism.
