I wish I could go back in time and completely avoid this place. I had a skid steer sit in the parking lot for months, they never wrote repair order, I got bent over backwards by a multi million dollar company that can’t do anything because their hands are tied, from the salesman to area managers just got the runaround. They finally moved my machine to another location in San Antonio because they didn’t know when they could get to it. They fired the manager to help themselves out but they robbed me of a year warranty, it’s been in the shop 3 times and one mobile repair with only 89 hours on it. Stay away , this place only cares about your money. I’m never buying another piece of Deere equipment or even a toy for my kids. Stopped by on Monday and was told by Ricardo that by Tuesday I would receive a phone to setup time and day for pickup of mower. Well Wednesday came around and still no phone call, so I called back and spoke to Rodney who told me by Thursday I would receive a call. Thursday afternoon comes around nothing, surprising right!
