3 - Parts to this. *City & Police in this…
Police call you about an ongoing investigation. You have no idea, in fact you were waiting for the report to come out to learn more about what happened. When you don’t know the answers to the police questions - because you were out of town at the time - they threaten to put a warrant out for your arrest for obstruction. A person who is literally not even in the city limits when it occurred and you’re threatening to arrest them for not knowing a damn thing…! Yea, that will never hold water in court. (Exactly what I told the officer on the phone) My attorney will laugh at you! You only learned that there were 2 people not just one by the cop on the phone. It's a Saturday and I have no idea if it's just my water, my neighborhood or the whole flippin' town. So completely frustrated at this moment with no numbers to call! If you Google "report water outage" EVERY OTHER TOWN HAS A NUMBER TO CALL! Post a number somewhere for your patrons. We pay monthly for a service an having this kind of a number is literally the MOST BASIC...
Read moreI have lived in Catoosa for over 20 years now. I wish I could say that my experiences were better with City Hall and the water department, and other departments when I tried to register my storm shelter several years ago. No way to speak to an operator to speak to someone about my water bill. This is the second month in a row where I haven't received an invoice from the City for my water bill, and if I want to pay on line, there is an additional $1.25 charge added...
