Fantastic Experience!

So, I went up into my attic after buying all the wire and connectors for my fiber runs. I figured I would do the job of wiring the house myself. When I came to the end of the crawl platform I realized I would have to go from beam to beam through the thick attic insulation. That was a scary thought! On top of that I also realized I would have to drill through thick beams to access the wall space to run the wires. I have no idea what I am doing and did not want to fall through the ceiling or get electrocuted. I felt defeated and then thought to call an expert. I only had to make one call to feel confident that this could get done for me professionally and at a reasonable price. I called Audio Video Express! I spoke with Hilton, the owner, and he assured me that this would be a piece of cake and even offered to come out within 24 hours! Of course I said yes!

Hilton and Michael showed up even earlier than expected. They estimated 2 hours for the job and went to it. By the end of the day they were filled with insulation and sweat. They had accomplished what seemed like the impossible to me. They were careful with my property and very caring in general. They were personable and I felt very comfortable with them. My lightning fast Internet in the rooms they wired was amazing!

In the end it took the guys longer than estimated. If I lived anywhere else in the country they would have said tough luck and charged me. Hilton stuck to the estimate and did not even suggest it would cost more. He gladly took the estimated amount and I of course took his business card to tell others.

Don't hesitate to use these guys. They have been in business for many years and can be trusted! They are very fair and you will appreciate your experience with them!

Me an my wife got a new car an it came with a new stereo system but nothing worked on it an no sound came out an it has two amps witch had tons of random wires an just a horrible mess. so we took my car to A&V an told him the problems an what i didn't like an right off the back he stopped what he was doing an came out to look at our mess. after checking it out he gave me a time it would be done an a price rang ( surprised it wasn't expensive at all or trying to milk my money) . so little bit after we came to get the car an the owner explained he actually found several things wrong with the stereo an he fixed all of it an add new wires an what not, than we looked at the amp an he cleaned up all the extra wires an trimmed them down so it looked nice after he found more wrong he didn't charge me for the extras witch i was thankful for. HANDS DOWN BEST PLACE AROUND JUST GREAT SERVICE AN FRIENDLY PEOPLE FOR...

Went in looking to purchase sound deadening material for my truck. Was told that they sold Dynamat at $24.99 per 18X32 section. It wasn't until I was able to compare the cheap alternative that they sold me to actual Dynamat that I realized I had been taken advantage of. On the sales receipt they have the product listed under "Dynomate" a product that doesn't even exist.

While I am sure they are a talented bunch of people working there, my experience with their dishonest practices forces me to dissuade others from using...
