UPDATE: After reading their "response from the owner" it's pathetic to see that whoever wrote it simply lied thru their teeth. I had one woman come out of your shop to look at my driver's seat and shook her head, telling me it's not their fault that it is cracking, it's the way I get in and out of my truck. I told her that was unacceptable and if it was REAL quality leather, it should never have happened, ESPECIALLY LESS THAN A YEAR after the seat was reupholstered. She never said anything about "replacing" the affected area (one picture is worth over $400 in words) and IF you were a reputable shop, you would never say that you "would use a similar (but not the same product)" on a leather seat." That is simply a LIE. She said she would talk to the owner and get back to me. NEVER heard another word from your shop, that woman or the owner. There was NEVER an appointment made. This is a small town and my husband has upholstery work done on his collectables. When he shows his cars at the August show on Main Street and is asked by admirers who did the upholstery work, he tells them (which isn't you) and then I follow up with "stay away from Cedar City Upholstery" and let them know what you did to my truck.

   Read moreGot a bid from what is "supposedly new owners". They bid $400 for a repair on our leather couch and required a $100.00 deposit. We called every few weeks being told they would need extra time due to the leather. After 3 months these people called us to say they would have to get $800.00 for the job because despite having the couch for 3 months they didn't realize that the leather couch was all 1 piece and not just a cushion that they could easily remove. We ended up having to come get the couch without any repair done to it. When we asked why they couldnt have told us this sooner they said that their leather guy quit.... how you going to own a business and not be able to do the work yourself? 3 months for nothing due to their negligence.
