We have been coming here for years and have found them helpful. That recently changed. We recently bought $900 of gear, and it’s not the first time. We had difficulty with my daughter’s stick and took it in for them to help. The could not re-string it, even though they told us they could on the phone before we went in, because the female stick stringer wasn’t in. How they handled it was offensive. The manager, MANAGER, told me to go to the Madison store! Luckily, a young girl working there, Bennet or some such name, was very helpful and helped break in the pocket. Kudos to her. If the manager, who looks like he loves to attend ComicCon, would have been slightly more helpful, I wouldn’t take my business to another store...
Read moreI have had good experiences with this store in the past but just had an awful experience where the manager of the store (at least he claimed to be) refused to cut a 60 inch long pole for my 4’8” son who usually plays attack and asked for a long pole for his birthday. He then proceeded to lecture us on why kids shouldn’t play more than one position. He then told my son how much the stick we bought him for his birthday cost. After all of that, he said “plus your particular shaft is just really hard to cut and all I have is a hacksaw.” Dude definitely seemed not right and possibly under the influence. What an idiot. Terrible customer service....
Read moreThis is my daughter's first year playing lacrosse, and I'm so thankful we shopped at Lacrosse Unlimited. The young man that worked there was so helpful and knowledgeable. He helped my daughter try on several cleats until she found one that fit perfect, and he offered many pointers on how it should feel when she's wearing them. They even had a mouth guard made to be worn over braces, I had no idea that existed! The prices were very reasonable and the help we received was invaluable!
