I really wanted to give a higher rating, but struggle to do that, after my experience. I waited 10 days after shopping there to write this because I needed time sort through it, mentally & physically. I found lots of great items as soon as we walked in & started a box since I was traveling and had many glass items that needed wrapping. My friend & I went there specifically for an item we had seen online. It was there, plus another one! Weird thing was that one was priced $25, while the other exact same item was priced at $12. I had found the same thing with matching lamps; one at $29, the other at $18. I found lots of great items & filled up the big box, plus 3 lamps. At $109, I was excited about this great store! After I paid, I was walking out with the box and as I turned the corner of the counter to exit, there was a large area rug rolled up on the floor that I tripped over. I fell on my knees on the cement floor & my chin bounced off the box of now mostly broken glass. I am bruised & cut on my chin with several other bruises on my arms and legs. There were 7 items broken in the box, 5 replaceable since the had more of them, the other 2 were not. I was asked if I was ok several times by the lady who'd been helping me throughout our shopping trip, but it felt like the owner, who rang me up, just wanted me out of there. Clean, organized and a Warm WELCOME, was what I got on my first visit. Same on my next 3 or 4 stops. I was in the building in the early 60s when it was "PIGGLY WIGGLY" Grocery Store. Now it has been opened as a refreshing look at quality pre-owned items. Prices are fair and items are well displayed with good lighting. If you have some items you feel need a new home, talk with them and set up an account. The store is large and has many categories. Shopping carts are available and there's plenty of room down the aisles to shop. It is a MUST STOP for people who enjoy a Touch of Yesterday. The Veterans Office is at the front of the building and they share the same drive way to FIA'S FINDS. Plenty of parking. Enjoy this great...

I’ve always shopped here, loved it but today was different. I had an item in my hand, ready to check out and the lady working there said I’m sorry I need that item back. It’s sold online, had a conversation with the owner, and she said well somebody had paid for it first we wouldn’t want to upset them, but instead upset the person that I think won it fair and square with it in his hand ready to purchase it, should’ve not been on the floor if it was online.
