Palm Beach Tan — Local services in Centennial

I just went in to your smokey hill location to use my spray tan because I have a wedding in just a few days. When I came in to sign up for the spray tan a very nice girl from Oklahoma was covering the store and she helped us choose the best plan. She said we get two tans when we sign up and then one tan a month after that. She did not tell me that we have to wait until after a certain date in the month to use that tan. Towards the end of May I called the store to see if my second tan will carry over into June or if we had to use it in May because it was very rainy and I didn't want to ruin the spray tan when I left the store. The first person that answered was some guy who kept telling me to hold on and was very rude. He eventually said that he couldn't help me with my question and passed the phone to his DM, Shanda. I explained what I was calling about and she looked up my account and said she sees the second tan and that it wouldn't be a problem if I use it in June. I told her repeatedly that I didn't want any problems when I went in and that is why I was calling ahead. She said it would be fine. She did not tell me it was expired or that I couldn't use my June tan until after the 7th. I went into the store today, after using my primer that I bought from your store, and spoke with De. She told me there is not second tan, that if there was it would have expired after a week and that there is nothing she can do to help me. She said she is the manager but that she isn't able to do anything and that if she were to call the DM in front of me she would be "reamed out". I figured I would just call Customer Service and deal with that later and told her I would like to use my June tan. She said that I can't use it until after the 7th. She was extremely unhelpful and showed absolutely zero empathy to my situation, even though I was calm and respectful to her. I asked her who I could contact about this and she gave me an email address and I asked her to write down the DM's name so I had the correct spelling. I looked up a Customer Service number when I got to my car and I had to leave a message and was told I would hear back from someone in 72 hours, which is ridiculous. When I got home I also sent an email and I am hoping to hear back from someone right away to get this resolved because this situation is completely unnecessary and it is poor Customer Service on the store's end. My mother also signed up on the same day and with the same plan with the same offer that I got. We purchased your primer and lotion. We have both primed today expecting to go get our tan done which is now being wasted. Also, I am aware that our accounts will be drafted and that if we cancel them before they have been drafted there will be a charge. I was fine with this when I dealt with the sweet girl who initially helped us from Oklahoma but now I'm pretty upset...

This place and the manager supposed to have district manager can not apparently grasp the concept of customer service let alone try to help. I went in to cancel a month to month no contract, after a stay in the hospital and very sick still, the payment of 14.95 is not supposed to be taken til the 10th but is scheduled to come out tomorrow the 9th, I will incure bank fees because of the lack of any service to assist canceling this no contract which was used 1time in November 2017. I was told when I purchased the service could be canceled anytime, now they say that I need to come in a week before. I was treated so badly that I have decided to make it my mission to tell any and everyone what a sham scam your business really is, I was a business owner rather a large one and on no day would I dream of treating customers with such calausness and disregard. The lady at the front is lazy and more concerned with eating her Chipotle than assisting her guests. I was in yesterday and asked if the bed I would be using had a separate face tanner and she said yes but neglected to tell me it doesn't shut off so I had to re-dress and let her know I could not use that bed. I asked if there was another bed I could switch to and she said yes but it was $11 more and could not use the money I just paid towards the new bed so my money would be lost. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager and if I wasn't happy I could call corporate. I told her I wanted to contact corporate immediately and she told me they were closed. She said she could send them an email so I asked her to cc me as well and she told me I could not have their email information.
