Kung Fu Tea — Restaurant in Centennial

HORRIBLE Service! But what else can you expect from an establishment that is run by children. I had to ask them 3 times to remake my drink because the girl at the counter was rude and didnt want to take the time to HEAR what I wanted in my drink. I called and tried to explain this to the "manager" ...her name was Mackenzie...ANOTHER Joke for a leader and she repeatedly kept stating...ma'am get out of my store even called her store manager who's name is "T" and even HE was rude and inappropriate.

I hope this place closes down soon because they are paying kids to run down their store. Ridiculous!

Don't waste your money or time over here. They don't know how to treat people and obviously want to get paid to be rude to people!

Thanks for responding manager "T". You did NOT ask to speak to me..all you kept saying was..."She can call the cops ALL she wants" so yes...you WERE RUDE! FYI...your "manager" on shift had you on speaker the entire time so I heard what you said! As the store manager I would've hoped that you had a better attitude and had more experience on how to deescalate an encounter but your leadership clearly speaks on why your staff is the way they are.

And yes things did escalate AFTER your manager Mackenzie threatened to throw me out so yes...the cops were brought up!

Your staff is NEVER professional and its clear from your response and reviews from other customers with there interactions with your staff as well. You didnt take the time to "respond" to anyone else's comment for your poor customer service and staff manners. So its clear..YOU were waiting for me to write a review.

Again, you cant tell someone how they felt with an interaction so stop trying to "EXPLAIN" your side. Again, RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL...

Boba is good as always at Kung Fu Tea! Never had a bad drink however the lady that served us at the front was rather upset that we didn’t give a lot for tip and she didn’t say thank you or anything and just motioned for the next costumer. Then we waited for a good 5 minutes for our drinks and we ended up talking and didn’t know that our drinks were ready for pick up because nobody had said anything. We didn’t think much of it but what made me quite upset was not giving an adequate amount of tip and the lady not considering our presence afterwards. I still love kung fu tea and maybe that lady was just having a bad day but service was not it that day…

Update: owner got back to me super fast and made sure to address this small issue to the team. Thi had amazing customer service and I felt my issues were heard! Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone as Kung Fu Tea is my go to boba place. Their drinks are always amazing....

I came here with my friends to get some boba the boba was good and it came out pretty fast!! We sat down and then my friends went to the car to talk to there friends, and I went to use the restroom. As soon as I left the restroom one of the girls there was very rude and asked me to clean up after myself, I told her that it I wasn’t even done drinking my drink and that we were all going to hangout here and finish our drinks for a little more. We also tipped them pretty big but it’s like they were trying to rush us out when we didn’t even dirty the table or anything. We just left our drinks there and were going to continue to drink them after a few minutes and then clean up and head out. Costumer service wasn’t that great here I been too a lot of boba spots and they always made us...
