Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Centennial

I have placed several orders over the past month and am very disappointed. I order online everytime and the order is never ready by the time selected. The experience goes stand in line with all of the other online orders who arrived at their scheduled pickup time only to have the order come out 15 to 30 mins after the scheduled pick up time. All the while you get to stand there and watch the line of people who did not order ahead be served quickly and professionally. You get to watch the food for another 20 people get made right in front of you while you wait for your order that was supposed to be ready 20 mins ago. I have also had numerous items forgotten to be put into the sealed bag. This includes sides of guac, chips, Izzes, and milks for kids meals. I thought today since there would not be many people at the chipotle that I would have a better experience. My order was not ready until 10 mins after the scheduled pick up time. I got to watch the 3 employees help the customers in the walk in line while my already made food just sat on the counter waiting to be put in the bag. Then 2 out of the 3 employees disappeared to the back while the 1 remaining employee finished making a walk in customer's food and ringing him up before bagging up my already made food. At least I didn't order any side items for them to forget today!!

Just thought I would update this... best chipotle in the area is Parker and 470... right by the Costco. Food is always ready at the stated time, high quality, and orders are correct. They even have a drive through window you can pick up your pre-ordered food at. That location provides the gold star Chipotle experience. This one...

I have gone to Chipotle at least twice a week for the better part of a decade. This particular store is by far the worst I have encountered. It seems like when I have visited this store in person, I MAY receive a decent meal. Even then, I ALWAYS have to ask for "extra" whatever just to equal what is a lean portion at other stores.

Tonight I made the mistake of ordering online and having it delivered. My order for my 8 year old son is always the same - extra white rice, light pinto beans, chicken, extra sour cream, and extra cheese. In most restaurants, the bulk of the extra rice ensures that the bowl is mostly filled to the top. Since I get no salsas, fajita veggies, and only light beans, it seems to me that extra rice is a fair trade off.

I have attached a picture of the bowl I received which I took just after popping the lid off. If you look at the top left of the bowl, you'll see basically a third of the bowl is (mostly) empty. HOW? In what universe is this even a normal portion of anything, much less extra rice? I immediately attempted to make the store aware through the Chipotle app, and I received a very curt and automated reply which basically said "it sucks and we'll try to do better next time".

Sorry Smoky Hill Chipotle - there won't be a next time. Even though I need to drive further to the Southlands store, I'll put in the effort to avoid you altogether. The manager that was cooking the chicken behind the grill was very disrespectful. She said me as a black old man in my 50s cannot get chips and queso and chicken in a bowl but the High School kid in front of me got it steak chips and queso and beans in a bowl I would hate to say this is prejudice or why is it good for one but not the other it was the manager that was in the back of the customer line cooking the chicken that was very disrespectful and yelling across the stove area up across two counters to speak to me and she’s a manager and I spent $43 there I will never and I will tell everybody around my neighborhood to not come to this chipotle 20209 Smoky Hill Road in the Vasta fitness center because of her attitude and customer skills. I cannot believe she’s a manager, the short Mexican lady talking to , and other customers was in the line behind me.
