The Centerville Salt Room is AMAZING! I have gone to many places over the years and none compare to my experience at The Centerville Salt Room. Ben is great, very sweet and accommodating to any aches, pains and relaxation you may need. The setup is so nice, the salt rooms have a relaxing waterfall that puts me to sleep almost every time. It really helps you relax and the halotherapy is something i recommend everyone try at least once. I recommend this place to everyone who seems tense, have muscle pain or just needs a massage. To speak to Ben's knowledge and technique a little while ago I was having sciatica issues. Not only did he keep me from going to a chiropractor, (because os the sessions) I couldn't believe the difference it made just from a massage. I think we did two sessions pretty close together but his knowledge behind his work shows. I always get one of the 6-hour packages. It's the best bang for your buck but I will also let you know his rates are very affordable and some of the best in the area. Extremely disappointed in the owner. My wife bought us a couples massage for my birthday in September. We were scheduled last weekend. Unfortunately on Saturday morning my wife woke up and was really sick. Running a fever basically stuck in bed. The massage was to celebrate an anniversary as well. We called the owner and explained to him that we would like to rebook Due to the illness and not wanting to expose anyone else to whatever it is she had. The owners stated that because we were outside the 24 hour window he was going to charge us anyway. Considering this is a local business and we live in this community I thought for sure he would work with us as we had never been there before and would likely have gone back. Unfortunately, he acted as most corporations do holding to his policy instead of acting like a member of the community who runs a business here and is among the people who live here. Seems like it’s lacking a little bit of common sense and empathy. We received a charge of $180 And unfortunately never got any services. My (now) husband and I got a couples massage in the salt room the week before our wedding and we walked away completely relaxed. We were so impressed with the ambience and the friendliness of the staff that we have decided we need to make a point to come back more often.

I will admit, I had been price shopping online and not only was this one of the more reasonably priced places, but the “gimmick” I had decided to try over more traditional massage parlors ended up having at least a little truth to the theory. I don’t usually subscribe to pseudo science, and I don’t necessarily believe Salt Lamps do everything they’re marketed to, but the salt room was like a whole other world.

Maybe it was the 7000(?) pounds of salt, maybe it was the skill of the staff, but I have never walked away from a massage so utterly and completely relaxed.

We don’t always have a big budget to work with, but we decided coming back every two or three months might actually be doable at the rates they charge!
