Absolutely the worst customer service! I bought a pair of sneakers Black Friday and the sole is coming unglued at the top of the shoe. I brought back the shoes to see if I could swap them out for a new pair. The owner/manger was super cold and rude to talk to. She told me no, there was nothing she could do about my shoes. I told her I bought them a month and 7 days ago and have MAYBE worn them five times. All she said was yes ma’am. I asked for a solution and she didn’t give any answers. I asked if she could contact the vendor to see if they would switch them and she wouldn’t even reach out to them. She told me her vendors don’t allow returns. When I got home I did some investigating and every wholesale website that sells the brand LaSheelah shoes in fact does have return policies. She offered no solution nor cared that my shoe was defective. It’s just very frustrating and disheartening when I’ve bought SHIEN shoes that are over 5 years old that I’ve worn over 100 times are still in great condition and I can’t even get expensive boutique shoe that will hold up for a month. I’ve shopped at Jolie girl for about 7-8 years now and I’ve never had a problem. It was one of my favorite boutiques to go to! My husband has gone in there by himself to surprise me with outfits and jewelry from there before. I’m truly disappointed with the customer service and I WILL NOT be shopping...

5 ⭐️ review for sure. My daughter has purchased many dresses / outfits from Jolie Girl over the years. From middle school dances to homecoming court. We have always experienced excellent one on one service. Today, while shopping for HOCO court attire, both Samantha and Riley gave their 100% attention on my daughter. While changing outfits, each style was met with a different hat, shoes, gloves, sash, broach etc. These beautiful ladies were very attentive and made sure my daughter had many options and styles to choose from. They went over and beyond what was expected from a boutique. They were even willing to stay late to ensure my daughter was given proper time and attention to pick her homecoming court suit. We are very grateful and appreciative of their time, efforts, and interest on making her day magical and memorable. Thank you so much for taking that extra mile to make my girl happy and smile. I went there to find a homecoming dress. I have had terrible luck then I knew when I pulled up at this lady's store I knew I was gonna find the perfect dress there that I am in love with. I was looking and found some cute dresses. So I was trying them on and the owner saw me and she said i have to perfect dress for you , so she went and got it for me I knew when she walked in there with it that was my dress I fell in love.. so turned out I bought the dress and I am for sure gonna go back next year and until I am out of school❤️ I highly recommend this lady and her shop.. her workers are even the nice they are so friendly. Even if your not looking for a homecoming dress I would just stop by and lol at...
