I went in to get my family food tonight and the two young guys working were very unprofessional, and rude. They were playing ghetto rap music very loudly over the speakers which wasn't a big deal until I called back at 9:00 (I know it's closing time) to see if they could remake a sandwich for me that ended up having a ball of hair in the tuna fish and I could barely understand the guy on the phone since the music was so loud in the background. The managers at this location are rude and distasteful! I'm not surprised at all they can't retain employees. After placing my order which was prepared by a very nice well-mannered young man, the managers were discussing firing the young man for not having reliable transportation. Reliable in a sense of ''not owning his own car", not that he's ever late or doesn't show. For some odd reason they have an issue of employees, actually showing up early! Every time I order online and pay extra for avocado and I never get it. If I order back and avocado and pay extra I get the bacon but no avocado. At first I thought maybe they didn’t have avocado but then I remembered that it would show when they’re out of something.
