Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Louisiana

I have been all over the world to almost every state there is. My job requires that I travel and so I also order pizza quite often. With that being said, this specific pizza hut in Denham Springs, Louisiana is literally THE WORST place I have ever encountered. The food isn't bad but the customer service is unimaginable. Wait times are 2+ hours EVERY time. Want to call the place and check the status of your pizza? Forget about it. You cannot call them directly. Your "important" call gets forwarded to the hotline. And if you ask them to transfer you to the pizza hut because your order was supposed to have arrived hours ago, forget about that too. They will tell you to hold while they get you transfered but they just transfer you to another hotline representative. It's unbelievable. It took me 45 mins just to order my pizza. Then because the wait time was so long I had to go get it. And on top of ALL of those inconveniences when I get there I am greeted with the rudest employee and a missing 2 liter. When I told her I payed with card already via phone and I was missing my drink she snarled "that's not my problem". I felt I should have been accommodated with a 2$ drink on the house but absolutely not. In fact, I had to either re-pay for it (twice) or walk out with no drink. No drink it was because the lady behind the counter started yelling at me and acting extremely ratchet. I can't believe this place is still running. Its literally run by pigs. I can't imagine what its like behind the scenes while they are making your food. For the love of god, pleeease someone do something about this place. P.s. If there was a no stars option, I would...

AMAZING service this evening. I worked for Dominos for several years. So, I know what pizza chain food is supposed to look like and what the service should be like. Since quitting Dominos, my family and I have been ordering Pizza Hut exclusively because they are the only ones that deliver out to my home. We have had problems with this location in the past (nothing major). Typically just forgetting items or a really long delivery time. But that happens EVERYWHERE. The food was never out of this world and the service was okay. There was one specific driver we really liked because we could tell she was dedicated to her job and her service was amazing and she always jumped to fix any problem I ever had. Well, we understand that this location is currently under new management. This is the first time we have ordered from them since the reforms began. I am absolutely FLOORED with how amazing everything went. I placed a timed order to be delivered to my home at 6pm. Not only was it exactly on time, but my driver was AMAZING. She was so sweet and courteous to me and to everyone she could see from the doorway. And the pizza was absolutely perfect. I’m kind of sorry a higher-up wasn’t there to grade it because it was amazing. The chicken was all sauced perfectly. AND EVERYTHING WAS PIPING HOT. I’m all for whatever they’re doing. Well, this is not the first time my family and I have had issues with this Pizza Hut. My mother ordered online for delivery two sets of the cinnamon sticks (online it says one order has a set of 10 sticks) therefore we should have received 20 sticks but instead we only received 10. Since we paid for it we decided to call them and ask for them to send out the rest of what we paid for. The guy on the phone said that one order of cinnamon sticks at their establishment contained only 5 sticks. Thus, either the website was falsely advertising or this store is just ripping people off. Then the guy went on to tell my mother that she was wrong and was very curt. We could hear him and the manager speaking in irritation when he went between talking with my mother and them. Also, when my mother asked to speak to the owner (not the manager), the employee couldn’t even name the person who provides their paycheck! I mean what kind of business is this place running?! Totally insane. I just can’t believe how rude they were to my mother. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again and we most definitely will NOT...
