Laura Gill is very rude to her customers and her employees. I will never rent from there while she is still there. Anyone that will ask me about rent one I will refer them to another rent to own business. Laura gill depicts herself as a selfish ungrateful person. She likes to harass customers if she doesn't like them and especially her employees. I have witness her degrade, belittle her employees and customers. She also lies to make her self look good. Laura Gill is not a good worker. While she has been an assistant manager 4 good hard working motivated caring delivery techs have quit due to her. Yet joe the store manager and other upper managements still have not discipline or teach her how to be a better manager. I also believe she is lazy. Every time I was there she was on her phone and in the back smoking. When I was making a payment she was on her cell phone the whole time and I can clearly see her on Facebook. How profressional right? She delegates her task to her employees so she doesn't have to do anything. The last time I was there she was so far frank butt I was surprise she could breath. Rent One is the type a place that I really like going through the people are so nice and help you out and so many ways are used to go through Rent-A-Center and I’ll never do that again so Rent One is going to be my top place to go go to buy items that I need. Thank you. I just got my recliner back today. They picked it up on Thursday and fixed it and got it back to me today. If you want a great place to rent-to-own anything this is the place to go. This store is a joke DO NOT COME HERE.. go to Rent a center they have 180 days same as cash as well and great ppl! These people are horrible!!! My sibling came up there lives at a different address and refused her because I got something in 2018 that was banged up they promised to replace it once I caught payment up. I was only behind because they said they would get a new one ordered and never did!! Then would call and ask for a payment cuz I refused to pay until it got fixed so that’s why rent one won’t rent to me and refused my sibling because they won’t rent to me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING...
