Fire Wok — Restaurant in Centralia

I ordered the lunch special of the beef and broccoli. It came with fried rice, and two pork wontons. The wonton were crispy and had alot of flavor. The rice was soft and delicious. The beef in the beef and broccoli dish was so tender. (You know how you can get this dish at another restaurant and alot of times its gelatinous and too soft and not very good? Well order this from fire wok instead. The beef actually has a great taste, texture, and is so so good. They sliced it thin and there was quite a bit with the sauce and broccoli. This lunch cost me under 10.00 and I received alot of food. Seriously THE BEST asian cuisine my husband and I have had. Our usual place wasn't open so we decided to try out the Fire Wok. Food was fresh and tasted amazing, you could tell the chef actually took care of his food and cared about how it tasted. The prices were low and everything was worth it. We will NEVER go back to our old spot again, and we had been going there for 6 years!!! We send oh so many compliments to the chef and the friendly and gracious staff. Loved our experience and we will DEFINITELY be back.....again...

This was absolutely the best authentic Asian I've had outside The Lou., especially right here in Centralia. Everything was amazing. The menu is fairly extensive, giving you the most freshley made to order Asian cuisine choices in town.
