It was my first time here. I found this place on a Google search. The menu looked great online, so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm really glad I did. It did take me a bit of time to find the place, even though I was using Google maps. It is in the middle of the block, and the signage wasn't exactly great. I did notice the bar signs and finally found the place. Even so, this place is kind of cozy. I went there for dinner with my mom, and she ordered the cheeseburger with a side of onion rings. she absolutely loved them both. She said the burger was cooked perfectly, was juicy, and was full of flavor. I went for the fried cod chunks and fried taters. They, too, were really yummy. Our server was polite, quite friendly, and efficient. We ordered our food and didn't have a very long wait. One more thing to note, the portions are generous, and i couldn't eat it all in one sitting, so I took some home. Needless to say, I have again found another great place to eat in Centralia. I will take my husband there next time we are in town and see what he thinks. He is a big fan of chicken gizzards. I noticed they have gizzards on the menu and wonder if they are any good. I think I'll try them next time. If you are in Centralia and in need of a place to eat, you should try this place. I give it a...
Read moreWent in here once. It was dimly lit. There was a dame at the counter, looked to be in her mid-twenties. I sit a few seats down, don't want to give her any ideas. She scoots over to me, and puts her hand on my shoulder. I look at her, and her eyes are blank. It's about this time I noticed the music had stopped and there were no other patrons. I looked around for the bartender, and when I looked back, the broad had vanished. The decorations had changed, now the place looked more like the inside of a meat locker. But this was no regular meat locker, no sir. Hanging from the hooks were the grotesque silhouettes of human bodies, the arms cut off and piled in the corner. I had to get out of there, and fast.

Read moreThe Lunch Delivery Order left a bit to be desired. The "Gyros" came with no tzatziki. There was none on the meat and pita, and none delivered on the side. The onion rings were decent. The "Reuben" had somewhat dry corned beef on it. Maybe it was the last of the batch or left out open in a pan too long. And to make matters much worse, not only was the meat dry, but there was no dressing on the sandwich at all! Russian dressing is traditional, and Thousand Island is common. But this sandwich had neither of those, which added to the very dry nature of the whole sandwich. And a very small helping of dry tater tots accompanied the sandwich. I'm Very Disappointed, because I had heard good things...
