Save Mart — Local services in Ceres

I shop at Save Mart because my fiancé likes the selection. I come to this location about once, maybe twice a week. Today I went to shop and I used self checkout. I felt bad because I’m that person that has a few too many items in the self checkout but there’s no sign saying there’s a item limit. As I was leaving the store I looked at the employee who was manning the self check out and told her to have a good evening. I was almost to my car when she ran after me asking to see my receipt because she didn’t remember seeing me pay. I told her that I had looked her in the eyes and told her to have a good evening as I left. She then apologized. My issues is either she was lying and thought I was a thief or she’s that burnt out she actually didn’t remember me holding up her self checkout line and shortly conversing with her. Just a bit of background, I worked as a barista for Starbucks for almost 8 years, have caregiver experience and currently am enrolled in school to peruses a career in counseling. I’m pretty understanding and patient but I don’t enjoy supporting a company that allows poor customer service or allows employees to become burnt out. I’m assuming it has to be one of those two reasons. I will be taking my business to Walmart where I pay less and already expect the customer service...

This is the worst Save Mart. Very unfriendly clerks and stuff is stocked in the weirdest places. I looked in the sauce area for tanini and finally asked where it was and she said by the peanut butter. Oh, now why didn’t I think of that? NOT! I go to the peanut butter and scoured all peanut butter shelves and no tanini. A worker with long blonde hair was right next to me putting tortillas on the shelf so I asked her where the tanini was. She said “I can’t do this and talk at the same time”. I walked away and when the clerk said “ did you find everything you were looking for?” I said no and I hate this store. He asked if I wanted to file a complaint and I told him no because I already talked to the manager a few months ago about always being out of stock on advertised items. He gave me a comment card to fill out and I never heard a thing. So I told the cashier no because it doesn’t do any good. Save Mart, if you think you’re too big to fail, think again. I’ll...

I am officially done here don’t even care that it’s closest store and convenient I will go out of my way to shop elesewhere not even a pack of gum at this place they are so so rude. Especially at self checkout they watch to make sure not stealing but yet don’t help when need help or a lovely brown bag they are so cheap to hide and I thought again to try there almost got ran over by a worker pushing cart as walking in store and not even excuse me or nothing and then nobody there to help but have carts in way stocking etc and then checkout yah joke again paid for a bag and waited and nobody came all sitting taking about whose coming into work mind you it was 3 workers standing around so I waited and nothing so I grabbed my own bag they have hidden joke joke joke only one person nice there is a really tall you guy with blinding brown hair all others that I have encountered...
