
I usually don’t take the time to write a review but today 10-18-25 I had a horrible experience with an assistant manager named Tiffany she refused to give a last name but this morning thinking I was going to go release some stress because I’ve recently lost two family members to death I got denied entrance and was pretty much embarrassed over being one day late on my $25 payment usually when my deposits hasn’t cleared yet the app says you have this one entry and can’t be let in the next time which I understand.The thing is In the past it was fine they let me in if my payment was just a day late I’ve been going to this location for close to a year now even continued paying my membership through my ACL surgery and my broken thumb surgery when I couldn’t work out anymore.Plant fitness claims code of ethics but when I relayed to their employee named Tiffany that I would pay later today like I’ve done in the past it wasn’t good enough for her and I was told in a very rude way “it don’t matter what it says on the app it’s up to their location.”I was spoken to in a very unprofessional manner I own my own business here in Modest Ca Big Dawg Truck Accessories Rv & Hitches you can google me..so I felt like I was being told I’m a liar of some sort when I wasn’t let in this time but Why in the past with other employees did they trust me and not her! Even if she didn’t want to let me in she could’ve said it in a professional manner and I would’ve of understood but the way she came off as if she was on a power trip.It Seriously making me think if I should get a membership somewhere else where I wouldn’t be treated like a liar or talked to unprofessionally.I had a membership somewhere else for years and not once were the employees ever rude over a payment or anything like that I might just go back if nothing is done or some kind of repercussion to this rude employee.Where’s the ethics of being a trust worthy customer at!? I really hope corporate does something about this or the owner of the location because there’s no telling how many other times they’ve lost customers due to this assistannt manager on a power trip which it came off as…i certainly will not be going back to that location in ceres ca or even if I’ll continue business with planet fitness.It sucks because I really enjoyed that location and the people in the front who are there at 5am.Honestly looks like new hires because a couple I don’t recognize.Ultimately it’s my decision to want to continue business $25 a month is cheap but not for a price for someone to test...
Read moreI am currently giving the gym a 2 star because Friday when I went into the gym around 3:30 pm. I had notes a loose machine nut by the slim machine. As past personal trainer for over 10 yrs. It’s concerning to me when I see lose or missing equipments as clients can get injured. I went around the gym seeing from what machine it was and found that it was from a bench that had been moved to the far side of the dumbbells.
Once I knew what machine it was, I went to the front desk and asked a young gentlemen working at the movement to follow me so I can show him what machine was missing the nut and told him what he could do to fix it. I gave him the piece and walked away.
When I was done with my workout around 5:30 pm. I was curious to see what the employee had done. I went to check the bench and pulled on the nut and it completely slipped out with no problem. I went to the front desk and asked the young lady employee working about who was current manager in charge and she told me she was. She had seen when I asked her coworker to follow me and I told her what had happened. She replied that they are not allowed to fix any equipment. Which I understood. But I mentioned to her that if they can’t fix the bench, that they should move it to the back, to prevent a member getting injured. She told me that she could not do anything and that if I wanted to talk to the manager. That she would be back on Monday.
